Our experience was, on the whole, entirely satisfactory. Shawn handled the actual sale of the car expertly. Had we only dealt with him, this entire review would have been all "5s". I made an appointment with Rodney and arrived at precisely the right time, but he was not available as he was with another customer. That did not impress me. What was the point of making and keeping an appointment if my sales guy is not going to be available when I arrived? His partner, David, offered to work with me. He seemed almost disinterested in my business; he failed to introduce himself or ask my name, or display any semblance of enthusiasm about my buying needs. It seemed to me that he had sized me up as someone who was not serious about buying a car, which could not have been less accurate. He did ask my name after I indicated that I had contacted Rodney and found me in the system prior to interacting with me to learn my needs--it was as if he would rather have looked me up in the computer than talk to me face to face. Frankly, I almost left the dealership because compared with the service I had just received at the local Honda dealer, I was very unimpressed. Things improved from there. David did a decent job showing me the car and discussing its features, after I prompted him to do so. When we returned to the showroom, Rodney appeared, introduced himself, and apologized for not being available when I arrived. I left the dealership very impressed with the Fusion and feeling that the dealership had (barely) met the standards necessary for me to consider doing business with them. Shawn called me later in the day and we quickly agreed on a price. My experience in buying the car at that point was outstanding. Shawn was knowledeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything to us. We did chat with David for part of the time and he was friendly and pleasant I would recommend Mountain View Ford and would refer people to Shawn. More
We purchased a new Lincoln Towncar, from the above dealership. Over the years I have purchased many new and used cars. I would also like to mention that after the great service during the purchase experience there was a slight mechanical issue with the vehicle. The service provided by the dealership was also FAR ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS. The advisor with whom I dealt (Chad Baskette) kept me updated with the necessary information to get me back into my new vehicle in a most timely manner even though it required the car be kept over a couple of days. I was furnished with a rental car at no charge since I was on my way for an out of town visit when I brought the vehicle in for the needed service. I would recommend this dealership and all their staff to any friend or family member without reservation. Please pass my thanks for the wonderful service to the entire staff. More

He worked very hard and long to find a car in his inventory that matched what I desired to purchased and which was within my price range. I really appreceiate all his efforts that he made and I am extremely satisfied with the results of his efforts because the car has met all my expectations. There were no excuses or last minute "sorry I forgot that" changes. What was promised was delivered! Experiance over 40 years of buying cars has been fraught with attempted last minute add-ons, this was that" changes. What was promised was delivered! Many dealerships now practice a "sell and forget" program, since they have nothing of substance to back them up in the service dept. More
I was treated like i was important and no question was too trivial. I was shown more about the Ford truck on the inside such as frame, advanced safety features, and many excellent points on the strong sus too trivial. The knowledge the sales people had of the trucks I was looking at was amazing. There was no question they couldn't answer and i liked that very much. The sales people were very professional and made sure I knew as much information as possible to help with my selection. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase when I first left the lot to think about what I learned about Ford products. This helped me make a very clear decission of what i wanted and what I would be happy with. The whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasant one. When I drove my truck off the lot I was confident as long as I owned the vehicle I would always be taken care of by the Mountain View Ford Team. More
I recently ordered a Ford Escape Hybrid from Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga. I knew what I wanted and was able to get a fair price quickly and without the usual dealership hassle. I attempted to buy the vehicle through the online process at several Ford and Mercury dealerships in the Davidson and Williamson county area before contacting Mountain View Ford. However, at those dealerships, I was not able to get a reasonable price without engaging in the traditional negotiation process. The reason I have purchased my last three new vehicles online is to avoid that hassle. David was very thorough in making sure the vehicle I am ordering will have the exact specifications I want when it arrives. I live in Middle Tennessee and have never been to the Mountain View Ford dealership but look forward to going there when it arrives. If you enjoy a hassle free auto buying experience, I recommend you give David Brunner at Mountain View Ford a shot at your business. I will try to remember to post an update when my vehicle arrives. He was patient with my questions, and I felt like the process from start to finish was honest and transparent. David went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me solve a paperwork problem near the end of the transaction which required quite a bit more time than either of us anticipated. Though he probably missed out on a few new customers because of all the time this problem required to solve, he remained positive and helpful. I'd definitely return to this dealership in the future. The guys at MNT View were awesome. I must of gone to eight other dealerships drove a dozen cars and not one sales person could tell me one thing I wanted to know about the car I was driving. It seemed like they would change the subject or have to look it up or go ask somebody. The overall knowlege of the vechiles the ford guys were selling was awesome. Its the first place where I felt the people wanted to be there, wanted to sale a car. Futher more wanted to sale me the "right" car that fit me instead of sticking me in some car and telling me I have to drive this one because its a dream. After walking around the lot, and finding the one that I liked. The "shock and awe" began. Rodeny and his partner started telling me and showing me everything about the car. From the engine, to air bags, the radio all the way back to the back bumper. By the time we got ready to take it for a test drive, they had already sold me the car in my mind. Driving it.... just sealed the deal. I didn't have to ask a single question about the car, because they already told me everything a guy/new father wants to know about a car, except where do I sign. When I got done with all the paper work, they had car parked outside ready to go. They even had all my radio station from my trade-in FM and Sirus radio channels pre-set in my new car for me. Sounds like a sweet deal so far? It didn't stop there. I've own my car for almost 2 weeks now and I've gotten at least 3 phones call making sure I still love my new car as much as I did the day I drove it off the lot. So they asked me if I could take the time take a little survey. They asked me to rate my car buying expriences on scale one to five. One being the worst, 5 being "great". To give them a five just wouldn't be fair. To rate anything a five in my book doesn't do anything for me in my book! ...Just finally thought of question about ford they can't answer down at MNT View!
