We are so happy we traveled from Illinois to Tennessee to purchase our new ford f150. We spoke with David by phone and negotiated everything prior to flying down there. We are happy to say there were no surprises when we arrived. no additional fees.. etc ... we have told everyone to check out your dealership online and price a vehicle from you before buying one in Illinois.. We were so aggravated with the deception that went on here in Illinois by salesmen that we just assumed that would be the way we would be treated when we got to Tennessee... So, we can honestly say David was wonderful to us and honest from start to finish... one would believe it should always be that way, but in our experience it had not been. Thank you David for making this experience so positive from start to finish.. I will recommend your dealership some 700 miles away to everyone I talk to!! Once we had the deal, David Bruner spent time and effort explaining the new features on the car. I was amazed at the amenities in the Ford product. I have a 2007 Expedition that is terrific. My 2007 Mercedes has a lot of features that I had to pay $20 k more for at the time, but the Taurus is certainly over the top. Ford has consistently met my expectations for the last 20 years. More
