I made first contact through their web site and was promptly contacted by Rayven. She said that either herself or a salesman would contact be back about the truck and they both did. Working with Josh Newman on the sale was very easy and he was extremely patient as my wife and I were making the decision. Once we decided, it was the most pleasant new car purchase I've ever made. Everything was smooth, efficient and thorough. I hope it will be a while before we have to make another new car purchase, but Mountain View will be at the top of our list. More
