View Ford today. I have purchased 2 different vehicles here in the 2000's, but had a terrible experience the last time I went here (2012) and basically wrote them off. I really just wanted to check F150 prices, but I let the salesman James assure me he could get me the deal I needed at the payment I needed, so I let them appraise my truck and tell me what they would sell me the F150 I was looking at for. Well, the "assured" deal disappeared pretty quickly. First, I was offered $1,500 - $2,000 less for my trade in than any other dealership I had visited, and the big "Ford discount" I was told about became a whole $4,000 off of a $44,000 truck. And yes, the other vehicles I looked at from other lots were comparably priced vehicles, most more expensive than this Ford. This experience definitely reminds me why I avoided Mtn. View like the plague. I only wish I could score them lower than 1 star on this review. Stay away from here folks, at all costs. More

Most enjoyable car buying experience I have had in 25 years. I found the car I wanted on the website and asked for a price and info online. She told me the car I was interested in was still in transit from the factory and she kept me updated over the next few days about the cars arrival. She set an appointment that worked for my schedule with Sales Manager Doug Cawood. When I arrived at the dealership and met with Doug he introduced me to my Salesman Cory Stafford. Cory was pleasant to speak with and for a young man showed exceptional manners. He made sure all questions were answered and after taking a test drive we worked out a deal for the car and then I met with Finance Manager Chad Akins. Chad was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that all options for financing where explained clearly. I would definitely recommend Mtn. View Ford and the fine people working there for your next new car or truck. More
