He showed me a number of cars in my price range. I chose one and we went back in to do the paper work. He excused himself for a moment, and when he came back, he said he wanted to show me another car. I ended up with a better car than my first choice. I certainly can't complain about that. More

I was impressed how the new Ford pick-up performs and looks, although I've never been Ford fanatic. The next Friday, as well as Saturday, and with the salesperson's help, I found what I was looking for.The salesperson was very polite and patient, even after five or six test drives, which made this a wonderful experience. By 10:00 AM Monday morning I had already been contacted by salesman Josh Newman to let me know that this SUV had been sold but if I told him what exactly I was looking for he would be happy to try to find it for me. Two weeks later we went for a test drive and although they did not have what I wanted that day Josh was able to find a Explorer with the features that was most important me.
