Professional and friendly experience Even though the dealership did not have a model on the floor that I wanted, Rodney kept me informed on what was coming and the approximate arrival of Even though the dealership did not have a model on the floor that I wanted, Rodney kept me informed on what was coming and the approximate arrival of the unit. Sure enough, I was notified when it arrived in Chattanooga. I took a test drive and one hour later all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. Everyone I interacted with was personable, helpful, and a pleasure with whom to do business. The day I drove my new MKX off the floor, it was raining. Not to worry, I was assured a car wash and a full tank of gas the next time we had a sunshine day. As promised, my new car is sparkling clean and full of gas. I definitely would recommend Mountain View Ford Lincoln to friends and relatives. More
