Called about a certain color car.I was told they had a few in black,and the purchase would be fast.When I got there no black cars.Decided on silver.Was there for 5 hours.That is not a quick purchase.Sales few in black,and the purchase would be fast.When I got there no black cars.Decided on silver.Was there for 5 hours.That is not a quick purchase.Salesman Tony was nice .They dont tell you the price of the car.They ask what monthly payment you want.They were surprised when I asked to see sale agreement first.It was the last document they showed me.The trade in value on there website and other dealer websites are BS.My trade was perfect shape,value was $10,800 - $13,750.They gave me $10,500.When I told them I didnt like the deal they were not happy.I finally got an good deal after 5 hours.The car was not cleaned well at all.Took me an hour to clean it when I got home.They didnt even give me a full tank of gas,half tank.Employees were ok but not to knowledgeable about there cars.Look up information on the car before going.I got a good deal More
My truck buying experience at Mt. Ephraim Ram was better than I could have ever expected. Having been through several car buying experiences in my lifetime I wasnt much looking forward to the "process" and than I could have ever expected. Having been through several car buying experiences in my lifetime I wasnt much looking forward to the "process" and never have I left a dealership feeling excited, satisfied, and comfortable with the large purchase I was making. I was so fortunate to have walked into Ed Heisler when I pulled into the lot. While I was only coming into browse, from the beginning Ed's main focus was finding me a truck that I, and my family, would be excited about. I was a little uncertain about what I actually wanted in my truck, but that didnt frustrate Ed. He showed me everything I had even the slightest interest in and we took several test drives in various trims. I even brought one back to the house to get the wife's opinion. Despite all my uncertainty, Ed never once got irritated and simply reminded me that all he cares is that I choose something that makes me happy, he didnt care how long it took me, even though it took me about a week. I finally decided on a truck that I would have no regrets about. There was no hassling me to hurry up and pick something, no hassling me to purchase extended warranties or any number of other things that nearly all other dealerships try pitch you. In fact, I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me anything, Ed and the dealership simply provided me great customer service and a comfortable buying experience as I shopped for a vehicle. I would strongly recommend visiting Ed Heisler at Mt Ephraim Dodge/Ram if you are in the market for a vehicle (they dont only sell trucks) and tell him I said "Hi". More

These guys are great! I went in out of curiosity because i saw a 2011 hyundai sonata on their online website that looked like a beautiful car. HORRIBLE! Wasted our time and played games with us for about 40 minutes. We went to look at a specific car they had online, which was the type of vehicle we were looking for. We got there looked around th about 40 minutes. We went to look at a specific car they had online, which was the type of vehicle we were looking for. We got there looked around the lot with no luck finding the car. We were on our way to our car to leave a guy came out and "tried" to help us. We explained to him what vehicle we were looking for he said why don't you come in and well check our computer to see if its here. 10 minutes later he comes back to ask for our liscense to copy to get out of the way so when they find the car we can test drive (yeah right, we knew at that point there was no car). So he leaves for another 10 minutes comes back with paper work, saying they're still looking for the vehicle and wants to run a credit check we refused to allow him to do so considering we only were interested in that car and he got mad at that. Then he leaves us another few minutes comes back and says oh were sorry we sold that car and all of a sudden he remembers this car SO well. Then tries to show us a bunch of cars that are nothing like what we wanted and we tried to say hey you don't have what we want thanks though he wouldn't let it go and was begging us to come back in so he doesn't get fired. Really?! We eventually had enough and left he got all mad and stormed off. Unprofessional, rude and extremely pushy. I understand their job is to sell BUT you talk to costumers you are suppose to take what they want and help them not show a bunch of cars nothing like what you're set on just because you don't want to lose your job. How many times do you have to say no before they let it go? I don't know but this guy then comes to our car when leaving to try and make us feel bad for him, my husnand ripped up his card. Never again! More
