Greg made us feel comfortable and had us laughing right off the bat. Furthermore, with our wedding coming up, he worked with us to figure out a price that was fair and affordable. He was Kind and felt real, which is more than I can say from anyone we’ve encountered this last month. The rest of the staff was equally professional and friendly and So I recommend coming to Mt Ephraims Chrysler Dodge Dealership for any of your future car purchasing experience. We had a battery replaced then had issues with the electrical system shortly after. Noticed it upon pick up that the seat memory wasnt working. Called and asked if that could be due to the new batter electrical system shortly after. Noticed it upon pick up that the seat memory wasnt working. Called and asked if that could be due to the new battery and was told they’d have to test. Because it was clearly associated with the work done I was told to bring it in and they’d run a diagnostic test on the system at no cost. I said it was difficult to find time to bring it in but noticed there was an oil change due. They said that would be fine to bring it in when I could. During the time from then until when I brought it in for an oil change the seat memory started working. I still wanted them to run the diagnostic test to see if any error codes to tell us if it was related to the battery or something else. When my wife dropped off the van they tried charging her for the diagnostic test!! I’m not sure what changed but it was no longer what we were told initially and it seems to be working momentarily so we didn’t do it. I’m disappointed because clearly Chrysler’s fall apart after the 36 month mark and that’s why no one wants to be responsible for it if there is in fact a short or electrical issue related to replacing the battery. After researching more there seems to be a whole host of problems I could be in store for after that period of time along with some very costly ones. I can’t say that I’ll buy another Chrysler ever again after going through this. I feel they should have honored it for free as they would have if I had the time to bring it in as soon as I noticed the issue. I’m certain they wouldn’t have even tried charging for it then. It’s disappointing and goes to show that even service beyond the 36 month mark won’t be something you want to deal with on a Chrysler. More

Purchased a 2017 Silverado Greg, our salesman, was very helpful and efficient. He did everything he could to make it a pleasant experience. Supreme Disappointment I really liked the sales rep (Ed Heisler) I dealt with and thought he was very good, but in the end this turned out to be a very disappointing experie I really liked the sales rep (Ed Heisler) I dealt with and thought he was very good, but in the end this turned out to be a very disappointing experience. While self inflicted, I was ROBBED on my trade. I signed the paperwork so again my fault but to undercut fair value on a trade by 3 to 4 thousand dollars when you are dealing with a repeat customer is really not something I would expect. I actually did ask the finance rep what the trade value was and he gave me a $18K number ... when it was actually $14??? Again I should have payed closure attention to what I was signing, but what was he looking at to give me that number. Additionally I was promised a bed cover and 20” wheels and tires ... since the truck I signed for only had 18’s even though everybody swore they were 20’s. Two weeks and still have no confirmation on those and I have left 3 messages asking to be called back!!!! I should have walked away but the truck I was trading up to was really nice and after 5 hours I guess it’s easy to be stupid. Still you would think a dealership that you bought from previously would go out of their way to give you a fair deal and not take advantage of you. I’ve obviously learned a hard lesson and rest assured I won’t be back. I will also be going out of my way to tell anybody I know about that lesson. To add insult to injury I saw my Ram which they gave me $14K for on their website today for $24K. Shame on me ... but shame on them as well. More
