Very mixed bag after purchase almost a year ago. Serious leak from sunroof; was shuttled between CH and mt ephraim several times. The current issue which was sunroof opening by itself on many occasions is definitely related to the leaking as the sunroof switch has been compromised by water. I was very concerned that it would open and not able to close it. Eddie understood the problem, was sympathetic and pulled the fuse to the motor (which tested fine). So, I think this problem should have been fixed by Jeep but did not complain and paid the charges to get my vehicle back. It has otherwise been a good ride. More

They resolved the issue, but I was unable to get an update or reach anyone by phone until I walked to the dealership, where I was told it was completed. I know this because there was a bunch of caulk on the back left tire before I took it to the service center, and it is still on the same tire, in the same spot. I hope they take this review to heart and start focusing on the details. More
