The car came with two key fobs, one worked partially (Much preprogrammed left by previous owner, such as a speed limiter along several other pre entries, none were cleared by the dealer). After multiple attempts to contact the owner, who was never available (left sales office in charge with a secretary), was informed that he was unavailable. At this time I went to Mayer Lincoln in Mayfield Hts to have both bobs programmed properly. All existing codes were cleared, properly set for my vehicle, this cost me $209.00 out of my pocket. My most serious complaint is that I purchased the Lincoln in mid December 2022, as of January 6, 2023 still no title, was offered to reason!
