Bruno has always gone out of his way to provide us with the best vehicle for our needs. His service is beyond impeccable. We have bought over 8 vehicles through the years from Mr Auto Sales and we haven’t ever been disappointed. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for another vehicle. We even drive from West Virginia to purchase a car from him. More

Dont give them A DIME of your hard earned money. This is an establishment centered in self-interest at the expense of the consumer.(by the way, most of these 5 stars are fake) Do you ever hear about the bubble of Predatory Auto Lending? How used dealers bait people in with nice LOOKING cars with respectable to low prices only to completely shafted by the mechanical condition of the car, the ridiculous financing, or BOTH? Well SIT DOWN, NERD....let me tell you about how I dodged an absolute BULLET here. I'm in the market for a very specific car with a specific set of options that Mr Auto happened to have. I found it online, with a good looking set of pics with a good looking price. Everyone seems nice and accomodating at this point. I stop by to take a closer look under the hood, and find a decent amount of grime on and around the power steering reservoir. Cecelia (who is at least polite at this point), refers another associate to talk. After a smug exchange about it being my first example of the model and how "hes owned three",then states that "the oil filter sometimes gets oil caked up around it". I point to the other end of the motor (where the actual oil filter is), and he goes back inside to figure out exactly what he was talking about. Strike ONE THEN I proceed to turn the car on. 'Bling, bling, bling.' Thats the sound of 3-4 error codes popling up on the display that were NOT present in the pictures. All with serious implications topped off with a "service engine soon" light. I test drive the car anyway. It actually felt pretty darn good, considering slight misfire and lack of AWD thats triggering the codes. Im still excited about finally finding an e92, and figured that they will just rectify those issues and sell it as advertised. I ask about the car's 1 owner history, and I was told that it was sold back to the manufacturer before they got it. Cool, but the Carfax says they got it at an AUCTION, who Replaced the starter TWICE in a month, and redid rear brakes twice within 6 months, one coming with a rotor replacement, indicating that the Transfer case has been bad for A WHILE, & they've been going without 4x4 extensively. STRIKE 2 At this point, I bring the issues up to the staff, as they assure me that they woukd rectify them ASAP. Cool, time to talk payment, then. The car is about 7500 (worth 6000 with the issues, a new transfer case costs $2k ,but i digress as its an e92) ill put 3 grand down, but not until you fix those issues.they seemed happy to oblige. I was called back 48 hours after the visit, saying that all the codes were gone, and it was just an ABS sensor (which COULD be a legitimate catalyst, but who has an e92 abs sensor just laying around? Did you overnight it? This sounds funky).i had planned on bringing my good ole trusty OBD II scanner on the next visit (shouldbe brought it the first visit, but forgot), but I wanted to run the numbers again. Unwilling to add a warranty? Fine, youre a used dealer, and you dont maintain cars on site.understandable. How much per month? 252? Cool, i can pay that off quick.... For 48 months? WAIT A MINUTE....... Thats TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS im paying you back, and im only borrowing five. Cecelia insisted that it was a 24.9% interest rate and that it was the state maximum(LMFAO).Anyone whos decent at math knows that is an interest rate WELL over 50%, and well into the realm of PREDATORY LENDING.that is EXPONENTIALLY larger than the average rate of even SUBPRIME borrowers (which im NOT, btw) I explain this, and she continued to stick with the 24.9%. they think im stupid.....I am BEYOND insulted. Strikes 3, 4, 5, AND 6. Dont enable these people by giving them ANY of your business. Thanks for coming to my ted talk :) More
The sales folks here are really nice people but the owner Ever watch a movie with a bait and switch.. smile to your face and stab you in the back used car salesman? I am sure it had to be staring Bruno from Mr. Auto Sales. I built what I thought to be a good friendship with the guy and spent I don't know 25k at his dealership; in just a few months. He does have a nice selection of cars (They look nice). I ran across several that even drive nice. Are they mechanically solid? Who knows. It is stated that they inspect every single car; they inspect NONE of them and this is an absolute provable fact. I initially provided a glowing review for the dealership as it was not until a few months in I was not only cheated but I personally witnessed things that. well.. Are not what you would want to say the least. If you are looking for a great looking car; that has been acquired by auction and put on a lot with no other work or assurance then this might be the spot. I am certain you can get a great car. His prices range from good to very high when compared to others. I wont say that you can not get a decent deal here or even wind up with a gem; I did once. What I am saying is if you are relying on anything at all aside from give me keys, here is cash (and luck of the draw you happen to get a solid car) then you are kidding yourself. They will promise the world and render threats if you even hint and them fulfilling a promise. It has been 8 months since my negative experience and I am still honestly shocked. I don't know that this is the place to go into details but this is the place to provide a fair review and at least add a measure of caution. More
