They steal from the elderly Long story short, my 80ish year old in-laws just bought a new car (it's 2016). They were sold on a 2015 Juke which they could have gotten for $22k. Th Long story short, my 80ish year old in-laws just bought a new car (it's 2016). They were sold on a 2015 Juke which they could have gotten for $22k. They had a decent vehicle to trade in. I live 3 states away and was unaware this transaction was taking place. AFTER they left (and too late to make any changes), I discovered that the folks have been suckered for over $44k by Mike Styles and the financing department. They were given a trade in value of less than 1/4 of what theirs was worth, sold on unnecessary, overpriced gap insurance, maintenance plan, extended warranty and given a loan at more than double the going value that they could have gotten at the bank. (They could have paid cash for the car if they had wanted.) This dealership is exactly the type of place that gives car dealers a bad name. I recommend avoiding them and deal with someone else who isn't such a poor representation of greed and ugly American capitalism at its worst. More

They are incompetent, mean and pretty much useless! I will never buy another car or truck from Mtn View Nissan or any other member of the Mtn View Family. What a jerk!!!!!! More

Didn't want my business MTN View Nissan wanted $14,594 (doc fees included) for a versa note, but used with 5,000 miles on it. Additionally, they were only go to give me $500 MTN View Nissan wanted $14,594 (doc fees included) for a versa note, but used with 5,000 miles on it. Additionally, they were only go to give me $500 for my trade in and an 8% interest rate. Instead I went to Mathews Nissan and they sold me a brand new versa note for $13,215, with $1500 for my trade in (which is what NADA said I should get), and a 4.83% interest rate.By going to Mathews I saved $2,379 and got a brand new car on top of it! The sales man at MTN View seemed completely disinterested in selling me a car and told me as a Math teacher I should know the math just doesn't work. He told me I was crazy to think I could get a 1.95 % rate, which is exactly what my bank gave me when I refinanced. Overall, I was disappointed. On a side note, when I visited a few days before trying to buy the verse note, the salesman I got, Heath Brimm, the was friendly and helpful. However, he was busy with a customer when I came later. More

Approved and then not? Texting as communicating? This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and we have owned many cars. The salesperson communicated with me almost soley by text. As a professional, I don't want to text about a car deal like I text my teenage daughters. I had a preapproval letter, was approved and ready to go but had an emergency and had to leave. Came back a few weeks later and was stonewalled. Tried again with another model car and again was stonewalled. I emailed the sales manager and the finance manager and got zip. Finally I left a very hostile message to which I received a very nasty reply. The worst customer service in the Tri-State area. More

Plus two other mechanics advise me that it's impossible for this to happen at the same time both bolts fell out nissan did a 9 point inspection last month said did not find anything . So I wanted answers and Grayson Dobbs told me that nissan didn't do it and was very rude this could of killed my wife and kids so yes I'm upset and need to know why they loosen the bolts I called the police I'm going to have an interview with Mr sneed from channel 9 news and find out why Mr Dobbs is unprofessional and lied to me More

I love Nissans and loved the fact they were near my East Ridge home, but the salesmen SUCK!!! The Sales team should be ashamed. More
