Life tme warrranty is a joke My wife and I bought a 2012 ROUGE from them and when it was all said and done we ended up paying $26000 car for a $21000 car. The worst part is the salesman assured us it had a lifetime warranty except for ware items. 5 years later the air goes out. We made a call to service and was told it would us 109.00 to check it out to see if covered. After many times to verify it was under warranty or not, finally talked to the warranty girl. She then informed us that the ac compressor only has a 3 year warranty. So there is NO LIFE TIME WARRANTY as its states on TV. Any time you call the service all you can do is leave messages. We were so lied to and trust us we will tell everyone we know not to give you business. The salesman that sold us the car is no longer employed there. More
