He found me a push button starter Camry, he listened intently to what I needed and made me such a happy buyer. As a handicapped senior, I was concerned about this entire procedure, and guess what, Michael worked so very hard to find the perfect car for me! I have used sales consultants before, but none have showed the care and trust that Michael provides , plus his knowledge of cars, and his determination to make sure you are safe, happy, know the cars features and are now a confident driver. I would highly recommend Michael, without any reservations. He is your number one sales consultant and I am proud to recommend him to others! More
Gave prior notice of intent to view/test drive a red 2015 Nissan Murano. https://www.mountainstatestoyota.com/used-cars/denver.htm?make=Nissan&model=Murano&trim=S Our sales rep (John if I recall) was FA Nissan Murano. https://www.mountainstatestoyota.com/used-cars/denver.htm?make=Nissan&model=Murano&trim=S Our sales rep (John if I recall) was FANTASTIC. But he was set up for failure given the condition of the Murano. Body/exterior was great, but when we got in, we were overwhelmed by the body odor, dirt/dust all over the interior, cracked windshield side to side, and to find the rear view mirror on the back row floor. The spare tire and entire compartment was caked in soot/dirt, and as a bonus, there was a dirty sock next to the spare tire. Also found personal effects pinned to the drivers’s visor, so CLEARLY this vehicle hadn’t been detailed. We would’ve been fine if they told us it wasn’t ready yet and to come back soon when ready. They knew we were driving from CO Springs and basically wasted our time—clearly no respect for us. We bought another vehicle from another reputable dealership just hours after we left this joke of a dealership. They still allowed this vehicle to be test driven—we didn’t take it on the interstate or drive it far given the safety issue of no rear view mirror and the overwhelming stench. Our sales guy did his best to explain the windshield and rear view mirror would be replaced, but no one could explain away the condition of this Murano. To our salesman’s credit, he didn’t try to BS us on the condition of the Murano and was able to find another vehicle to consider. As much as we wanted to give John our business, the 2d vehicle didn’t quite meet our needs. But frankly, at this point we questioned this dealership’s standards, customer focus and even integrity. Atleast for this Murano, be warned. And find out why the spare tire compartment is/was caked in soot/dirt (rest of vehicle wasn’t caked over though clearly dirty). Negative stars for vehicle condition and dealership standards (safety issue being most problematic), couple stars for our salesman not trying to BS it and finding an alternative for consideration More

He answered all my questions and found the exact truck I wanted that was scheduled to be delivered in about 3 weeks. The truck arrived when he said it would and I completed my purchase without any problems. Thank you very much. I will not hesitate to recommend Jim and Mountain States to my friends. More
Pros: easy and quick communication. Emailed back and forth with Travis, who was professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Eventually spoke to Chris on the phone and he got me set forth with Travis, who was professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Eventually spoke to Chris on the phone and he got me set up with a deal which sounded too good to be true! Drove up from Durango, and drove home with a shiny new car and a the best price I've seen in 6 months of searching. Cons: Had to ask multiple times for a dealer sheet to verify what I was putting a deposit down for. I understand you don't want me to go to another dealer and get a better price, but I'm not driving 7 hours and putting down $500 without knowing exactly what I'm paying for. Also had a hard time getting pictures/video of the actual car until after I agreed to the price. After reading the dealership reviews, I felt incredibly skeptical and wanted to make sure I covered all my bases. While at the dealership I went to grab my checkbook after getting the warranty shpeel, and overheard my sales guy, Chris, talking to another sales rep. I'm pretty sure he was talking about me and my dad, and quickly switched back to "best-friend ever" salesguy mode when he saw me approach. I get it, working in sales can be tough and you want to vent about it. At least wait until I'm out of the store or go to your breakroom before you talk xxxx about a customer, though. Left a sour taste in my mouth. More

He rushed me when I asked questions and did not seem to be in the best interest of me, he was "ready to go home and play on his switch with his wife and child" . I Insisted on purchasing Gap insurance and he REFUSED and REFUSED and REFUSED claiming that if he sold it to me his bosses would look at him funny, he grew increasingly annoyed when I told him I wanted to add Gap because of my past experiences but he cared more about the benefit of him. I should have walked out then and there but I wanted to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt. Worst mistake EVER! Towards the end of the transaction I asked Nick if he needed my paystubs and he said no, he didn't need them which I found odd but clearly he just wanted to go home to play his video game. When I took the car home the NEXT MORNIING i saw a leak under the car. When I drove it to work which is only 2 miles from my house, the car began smoking and making a noise in the middle of the drive. I had to pull over because the car was pretty much on fire and I did not want to hit any cars. I NEARLY DIED AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE CAR FOR A FULL 24 HOURS! This was on Christmas day so they were closed but immediately the next day I called the dealership back and spoke with the sales manager James Longsdorf who was of no help at all. I asked to return the car and he said No (It was still within 3 days of the purchase and the problem happened the next day, they should have made the situation right... Instead he said it was my fault (it wasn't) and that I was on my own. Every mechanic I showed said there was no possible way that it was my fault and that the dealership ripped me off. He said I could try to use my extended warranty EXCEPT, the catch was that they forgot to mention that my deal on the car with the bank was never accepted because pay stubs were not submitted..... Nick should have took my paystubs when I told him about it but because he loves to play switch more than take his job seriously, I was stuck struggling for rides waiting for a deal to be accepted on the LEMON they sold me. Getting in contact with James was near impossible as he did not return emails or calls. This dealership does not respond to serious matters in a timely matter nor do they care about customers NOR DO THEY DISCLOSE THE EXTENT OF THE EXISTING PROBLEMSThe number of times I had to get a tow truck for a car I did not even drive 20 minutes is ridiculous. They have screwed me over financially but I'm lucky to have not crashed into someone or something. I should have went to Carmax but now I have to bother lawyers all day. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP, they are not worth it!!!!!!!!! More

Just purchased a new Tacoma Off Road. After driving it for a few days, I thought I'd check the oil just because. Checked the oil and WHAM!!!!!!!!!! It is overfilled by 1.25 quarts which can destroy the en for a few days, I thought I'd check the oil just because. Checked the oil and WHAM!!!!!!!!!! It is overfilled by 1.25 quarts which can destroy the engine. I called the dealership to discuss what can be done and they haven't returned my calls. xxx kind of treatment is that?! I just filled their pockets by purchasing the vehicle with cash and this is the treatment I get. I'm so angry about the vehicle and cannot believe they won't even call me back. More
Had always loved them and done business with them for years, truck I presently own and two my sisters own at my recommendation were bought from them, but my experience today has changed my feelings on years, truck I presently own and two my sisters own at my recommendation were bought from them, but my experience today has changed my feelings on them. Issue with salesman, first for Blowing me off Saturday on status of the truck, then fact he knew I was time crunched before I came in today to sign paper work. There 50 minutes waiting to be told tax issue salesman was informed of Friday, when I put hold money down for the truck, still not worked out. Tell him it has to be worked out in 10 minutes or I will have to s*&tcan the deal and go back to my job. Well I guess that is swearing at the salesman as when I call dealership, first car sales manager then GM to vent my frustrations and tell my side why I am upset, I am told first before car sales manager they will sell the truck to someone else, so he doesn’t care, then told by the GM, in my second call to let them know of my issue, that because I swore at salesman, who used the word s•&t and others while I was looking at trucks, he will never sell me a vehicle ever and go somewhere else, then says “ am I clear” in a nasty, almost threatening tone, and hung up on me. Was treated liked I worked for them, not that they cared about me which is too bad. Just wanted to be heard when the deal a truck i was excited to get fell apart. Instead I was told to go away. More
