I was single and had no idea what to rent -- I just knew I need a safe car and that it needed to be functional. Randy was a star and walked me through the pros and cons of different cars. We landed on a 4Runner. I was so impressed with Randy's knowledge and affable personality. Fast forward two years later to this week. My lease was up, and I bee-lined straight to MST and to Randy, in particular. Once again, Randy walked me through several cars and payment options. My budget is tight -- thank you toddling twin boys -- and so Randy worked patiently with me as we worked through the leasing options that could work for my family. Today, I brought the twins in to meet Randy and switch out the 4Runner I drove them home in for the new r-e-d 4Runner (they are obsessed with red trucks). Randy was a class act from start to finish. He was amazing with my twins, and had me efficiently in and out of finance and the car change-over. What blew me away, however, was that Randy took it upon himself to help me install the boys' carseats. This was above and beyond the call of duty. The whole process was really fast - I've never spent less than 3 hours in a dealership when purchasing a car and my purchase process including test drive was an hour and a half. I'll definitely be back in the future. More
