I base a 5 star rating on 3 criteria: how I was treated during the front-end portion of the sales process, the overall purchase price, and the post handshake finance and delivery of the vehicle. The front-end purchase negotiations where very straight forward. At no time did I feel slight of hand, or minimized in anyway. Sales team very respectable, courteous. The purchase price was exceptional in my case. I had done my research and I felt I received a new Tundra at much better price than I even thought possible. The post handshake was perfect. Joe ensured I got a full tour of the dealership, including all departments and key managers. The Business manager (Sal) offered additional warranties, explaining options but never pushy. Joe gave a full walk around of the truck and all it's features and options. Met the Sales Manager (Ryan) once more before leaving to ensure I was happy with overall experience. This was a 5-star experience and I'm a happy customer. I would buy again here. I very much appreciated their professionalism and customer first attitude. More
