He was helpful, friendly, and had many good pointers. He kept in contact after I ordered my car, and stayed with us through the whole process. Once he was very attentive even after the sale. He even got the dealership to ceramic coat my new car from the factory to make the paint more vibrant and protected. My experience with mountain States Toyota was very favorable and I have already recommended them to a couple of my friends. More
I don’t write reviews often. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. I drove from Greeley and they helped me get into my dream car (used), which I really appreciated. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. I drove from Greeley and they helped me get into my dream car (used), which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, two days after taking it home, I noticed a leak coming from the engine. I took it to a nearby mechanic who found a failing water pump, a leaking oil cooler, and a leaking radiator hose. Repairs totaled a little over $2,800. I had also purchased the dealership’s extended warranty, but after waiting almost two weeks for an inspection and decision, the claim was denied as “pre-existing conditions,” leaving me to pay out of pocket. That was disappointing, especially since these issues were missed during the dealership’s inspection and required immediate repair. Overall, my advice to future buyers is to do thorough due diligence and consider having an independent inspection done before purchase. More
I want to start by saying that my sales experience was excellent. Jose was amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Robert, the finance manager, was also grea excellent. Jose was amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Robert, the finance manager, was also great to work with. I truly appreciate both of them and the professionalism they showed. However, I have been extremely frustrated with the follow-up regarding my warranty package refund. I signed the documents to cancel the warranty packages and received one refund, but I have not received the refund for the car care package. I have called Robert, only to find out he doesn't work there any longer. I've called Alex G in finance numerous times over the past several weeks to simply ask whether the paperwork has been filed and how long the process typically takes. I have left multiple messages and have not received a single response. The lack of communication has been very disappointing and frustrating. While I’m grateful for the positive experience with Jose, the poor follow-through and lack of communication have left me feeling that I would not do business with Mountain States again. I plan to visit the dealership in person to try to resolve this matter.
