We are from Nebraska and had been looking for a Toyota Venza and had shopped two dealerships in central Nebraska. The inventory was limited, not the right color, options, or pricing we desired. We phoned the internet sales manager and asked for a price quote, it was sent in less than 30 minutes. We called the dealership and agreed to purchase the VENZA. An appointment was set with them to take delivery at 2:30 P.M. When we arrived Francois met us and escorted us to the sales area. We were introduced to Tom Segura, he made us feel welcome at the business in a very professional manner. All documents were in order, we signed them and then met with finance manager Bob Marisk. Francious made sure we understood how to operate radio, navigation, etc. Since 1973 we have purchased over 15 new automobiles, and the Mountain States Toyota experience was the best ever.
