I visited several dealerships when looking for a used Toyota Tacoma (Stevinson West, Groove Toyota, as well as some non Toyota dealerships) and found the facility and folks at Mountain States to be the b Toyota Tacoma (Stevinson West, Groove Toyota, as well as some non Toyota dealerships) and found the facility and folks at Mountain States to be the best. Their selection was far superior to the others; they had vehicles in several price ranges of various qualities. All of the vehicles I looked at had Carfaxes which helped my wife and I make our choice. The inside of their facility was spacious and not cramped like Groove. A great bonus is that they are dog friendly, and will not only invite your dog in, but also bring him a water bowl and treats. I started working with John Saldivar who was fantastic. He had the answers to most of my questions, and found answers to those that he didn't know off the top of his head. He wasn't pushy like many car salesmen can be. I felt like he was candid with me regarding the condition and pricing of their vehicles. When I returned a couple days later with my wife, John met with me and explained that he had two customers that arrived at the same time, and that his friend and co-worker Patrick Ericsson would be assisting us, who was every bit as great as John. John still stopped in on us to make sure Pat was taking good care of us. Pat has worked with Toyota for 16 years and it showed. He was great at explaining everything we wished to know and was a pleasure to work with. To top it all off, Robert Marsik, the finance manager was phenomenal and made certain that we understood everything before signing. Yaz was so great to work with and I walked out feeling like I had know him personally for a long time. Everyone else there that I happened to run across were also very friendly and helpful. I generally hate dealing with Dealerships but this was by far the best experience that I have had. The clear difference to me is that Mountain States is not commission- based. This removes the pressure to "make a sale" and directly translates to better, friendlier customer service. I will continue to deal with Mountain States Toyota and eagerly recommend them to anyone else. The only "bump" was with the financing process. I'm not sure I understand how you can approve and settle a "deal", drive off the lot with a vehicle and then over a week later the bank is unclear on income issues and asks for proof of income from me and my wife. If all this was completed prior to driving off the lot it would make things much better. It is very unsettling to be driving the new vehicle for over a week and then it appears the bank might not approve the financing and take back the vehicle. More

After wrecking our Toyota Prius, a car we loved so much, the natural, and only solution was to replace it with another Prius. I mean we all know the pushy car salesmen, the fake deals, the treating you like you may be a criminal, so we were not looking forward to it. We bought our last prius *the wrecked one* at Stevinson, and the one in aurora is terrible service, so we went to the one in golden, they were not the nicest people, but we got a car we loved. Now that we just moved up north, and looking on the websites, Mountain States Toyota seemed to have an easier site, with better information. So we eneded up just going to browse and met Josh, whom is a very awesome guy. He wasn't pushy, he was VERY friendly, has an awesome personality, and wanted to take care of our needs more than getting us into a car. He took the time to answer our questions, we came back a few times he let us test drive, shopped to find us the color and package options we wanted for the price we were comfortable with. 3 days after meeting with Josh, we got a new 2011 Prius, in the color we wanted, with the package we wanted and all the warrenties we wanted, for the price we wanted, and with payments we can afford. He texted us the whole time making sure we were being taken care of, and to walk us through every step, he sat with us for over an hour and a half showing us everything about the car, and even called us the next day to see if everything was still going well. If you want a great car get a Toyota. if you want a great experience and a sales person who will help you get into the car you need and or want, go to Mountain States Toyota, and ask for Josh. The Finance guy, and Lot manager are also very awesome people. Trust me, every car i buy from now on will be from Mountain States, and it also will be a Toyota! We ended up finding a the perfect Toyota Prius for sale at this dealership.
