Doan Vu was one of the best salesmen i have had in a while. He was not arrogant and seemed to truly care to get us the best price possible on the one vehicle one the lot we came to see and hoped to take while. He was not arrogant and seemed to truly care to get us the best price possible on the one vehicle one the lot we came to see and hoped to take home. He was very knowledgeable about the truck we bought and the options Mountain States Toyota had to offer us. He was extremely friendly to me and my husband and our two year old who he made sure was being kept content. The last dealership I was at ( King Chevrolet, Loveland) made me feel as well as told me that they didn’t care if I walked away from the sale. I’m glad I did the truck we bought was way nicer less miles a few years newer and for a much better price without all the haggling while my two year old was impatiently sitting on the floor with nothing to do. Doan Vu was also very throw and organized with his work. More

I drove almost 100 miles to talk to a sales person and test drive the truck. It didn't take long to decide this was the truck for me. This week, when my mother suddenly needed a new vehicle, I decided she needed to look at Toyota's. We started our search at a closer location to her house. Our plan was to spend one day looking and comparing different places and cars, sleep on the information, then pick the place and vehicle the next day. So, we started at a location close to home. After hours of exhausting games at GO Toyota, we left and got nothing accomplished for the day; except high blood pressure. The next day, I decided to skip any other dealers and head right to Mountain States; where we should have started to begin with. I knew based on my previous experience, we would get a fair deal and great customer service. From the moment we walked in the door, Jerry was more than willing to help us find the car and deal we needed. We told him we were interested in the Prius and the Matrix. The first car we looked at was the Prius. Jerry showed us the vehicle from front to back, top to bottom, literally. He even went as far as to tell us the vehicle could not be towed behind a tow truck and it needed a special hook (in the trunk) to pull the vehicle onto a flatbed truck. Even though little, very important. As the visit progressed, it just got better. We explained to him how important it was to get the right price. After examining the budget and speaking to both Jerry and Sean (manger), they were able to work out several options for financing rates and payments. They went as far as adding more discounts, special APR %, and dealer rebates. Unlike the time we spent at GO the day before, the time we spent there was VERY positive. My mother and I needed to take more time to evaluate the budget than we anticipated. Jerry and Sean were VERY understanding and provided us with the time we needed; without interruption. Even when it came to our family debate about price and payment, they were understanding of our needs and never made us feel like we were taking up their time. Jerry explained and showed us the features of the car several times to make sure my mother knew everything she needed to drive the car and be comfortable as well as safe. When any further vehicle needs arise, I will avoid any other dealers and head straight to Mountain States Toyota. They say their goal is to provide the best customer service and provide what the customer needs. On two occasions, that's exactly what they did; even more so the second time (because they treated my mother with respect and understanding and reduced the stress of buying a car!) I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
I drive a 2003 Camry and have taken it to Mt. States for the 7 years that I have lived here in the Denver area. All the way from the telephone call to make the appointment to the greeting I receive when I arrive to the detailed information I am given before the work is done, everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have never felt that I was urged to accept service that was not really needed to keep my car in top conditin. The people who work here get a GREAT rating every time. Additionally, the facility is so clean and friendly that I could spend more time there. Beverages and snacks are readily available including a wonderful popcorn machine that reminds me of my days as a "popcorn girl" at the theater in the town where I was raised. Overall, in my opinion, there is just no down side to this dealership for service and care of my car. More
I visited the Mountain States Toyota East dealership to find a used Prius for a reasonable price. They showed me and my husband a black Prius, with great mileage and a nice price tag. Finally we reached the conclusion that we might have to order a 2012 Toyota with the equipment we desired. We had checked both Consumer Reports automobile pricing, and Truecar.com, so we had an idea what the car should cost. Invariably when we contacted numerous dealers asking for their “best price”, we got the same “run around” and “game playing”. Frustrated, we finally decided to submit the automated Consumer Reports dealer contact form which notifies two to three dealers who are willing to sell their vehicles with the options you desire, at or near the Consumer Reports pricing. The first of two Consumer Reports dealers (dealers who are willing to sell at or near the Consumer Reports pricing) was Mountain States Toyota. Within a day of when we submitted the form, Matt Lind, who is one of the esales executives, contacted us. Matt indicated that he too had searched statewide for a 2011 with the color and options we wanted and had found nothing that matched our “wants”. We should consider ordering a 2012. We too had reached this conclusion and sent him a list of the options, color, etc. Matt immediately returned a “bottom line” price that included dealer fees, delivery, etc. for a 2012 Toyota Highlander. (No game playing!) We were amazed that his pricing was within one hundred and fifty dollars of the Consumer Reports pricing. Matt was upfront and informed us that if we ordered a 2012 Highlander SE, it would be tailored to our requests and might take as long as sixty (60) days before delivery. In the middle of September, we decided to place the order with Matt and the “build” for the 2012 Toyota Highlander SE with the colors, and options we desired was submitted to Toyota. Early in the process, we again contacted Matt about adding an additional option, he gave us his input on the option, and was able to make the change by contacting the factory before the car was constructed. During the “waiting period”, Matt periodically contacted us to inform us of the status of the car’s construction. By the third week in October, both Matt and Derek Garcia (who is a sales executive who assists in completing some of the closing paperwork, answering questions, test driving the car, etc.) contacted us that the ordered car had arrived. Last Friday, we drove from Wyoming to Mountain States Toyota and immediately were met by both Matt and Derek in a huge showroom. Derek answered our many questions, and began the paperwork. I had heard that sometimes dealers will attempt to add on additional fees at closing, and asked Derek if he would please confirm the final "out the door" price. His price was identical to the price Matt had quoted six weeks ago. (How refreshing!) Eventually we met Justin Radlick (the finance executive) who guided us through the required paperwork process (including vehicle titling, insurance forms, informing us of available options, extended warranty, etc.). All of which was done without any pressure. Finally as we were ready to take delivery of our car, Kady Prunk who is one of the Mountain States Toyota Delivery Consultants, spent at least twenty-five (25) minutes going over the car’s numerous options and answering our many questions about this car. She clearly explained how to use the navigation, using the satellite radio, location of spare tire, jack positoning, what’s under the hood, etc. Kady’s parting words as she handed us a gift packet and business card was, “feel free to call me if you have any questions”, as we want you to enjoy your new car. As we got into our new car, the new car sales manager approached, asking if we had any questions. Saturday morning, we received a follow-up telephone call from Derek asking if we had any questions, and wishing us well with our new purchase. Needless to say, this was a car sales experience unlike any we had ever experienced. Would I recommend Mountain States Toyota to my own mom, or buy again from this dealership? I’d do it in a heartbeat! More
When I got to Mountain States Toyota, I wasn't even sure I wanted a Toyota. When I pulled up, I was greeted by Robert, who was very friendly. I explained to him that I wasn't looking to buy that day, but I wanted a Toyota. When I pulled up, I was greeted by Robert, who was very friendly. I explained to him that I wasn't looking to buy that day, but wanted to drive some vehicles. He was very helpful through the whole experience, and I left the dealership to think my purchase over. When I returned the following Monday, Robert handed me off to Emily because he was assisting another customer. Emily was extremely helpful through the whole buying process. She was able to find the vehicle I wanted, took the time to make sure each option was what I was after, and then made a 300 mile round trip to get it for me. She was very patient with me. She also assisted me after I purchased the vehicle with the service department to get a few extras installed on my new vehicle. Because of Emily, I will recommend this dealership to friends. Bob was very helpful getting through the financing. He was very well organized making the whole process seem streamlined and fairly painless. My only complaint with this dealership is how they calculated my trade-in value. I had never traded in a vehicle for a new one before, but I was surprised that their offer for my trade in was quite a bit lower than what I was expecting. I don't know if this is true for every dealership or not, it could just be how things are done. Still, even with that, I think the out the door price for my new vehicle was fair. More
Didn't expect to buy at the time. The sales consultant, Hank Neri, was willing and patient, to answer any questions. And they were able to come to a reasonable offer for our trade in vehicle. At no time d Hank Neri, was willing and patient, to answer any questions. And they were able to come to a reasonable offer for our trade in vehicle. At no time did we feel any pressure from Hank Neri, or Matthew Mendez. Which made it all the more that this was where we would buy our new car/truck. More
