We were fortunate to meet Doan Vu as soon as we arrived at Mt. States Toyota. This is the fourth Toyota vehicle I have bought and I am so extremely bummed that I didnt buy my first three cars from mountain states. I just bought my fourth vehicle, a 2012 4runner and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the car and most importantly the service. Jeff was awesome!! So kind and patient with me. He answered all our questions and was always on top of it! I was especially impressed with the service you get AFTER purchasing the car. I had to wait a couple days to actually pick up my new car because I opted to have leather placed in it. Each day Jeff called me to keep me updated on the progress. The car was ready when they said it would be and when I picked it up I got to meet with Kady who did a run down on how to operate each cool feature of this car. This amazed me too! Overall I LOVED this place and will never buy a car anywhere else and will tell everyone I know to buy a car from Moutain States Toyota!!!!!!! More
