The other person's liable insurance had not decided whether or not they were going to total my Rav4 which I purchased new in August 2007 through the help of Jeff Jenkin. I was very upset that I was likely being forced to purchase another vehicles as my Toyota vehicles always last a long time. Jeff Jenkin was helpful discussing what I would do to try and service my vehicle or with having to purchase a new vehicle. Once I knew I'd have to get a vehicle, I came in and met with Jim Gallegos. He was very calm, caring, and knowledgeable. It was clear that I was sad and didn't want to buy anything, but knew that I had to. He made it a very pleasant experience to find a vehicle that met all of my needs. I pondered on it and then brought my children in the next night to see it and look at other vehicles. My DeGrassa was very similar to Mr. Gallegos and very respectful. It all made the situation the best that it could for us. The next day, 3/3/12, I had to purchase the vehicle and wanted to bring my boyfriend to look at the vehicle and help to ensure that I was making a good decision. I also asked for a Service person to come help. I usually deal with Romney Ames, but he was not in. I forget which service man came to help, but I greatly appreciated him looking over the service history of the vehicle, along with checking further to ensure there were not accidents. All three of these men were helpful and respectful of both myself and my boyfriend, Tim. Tim even stated that their treatment which did not feel like high pressure was refreshing and he will strongly consider utilizing Toyota for his next purchase and will ask for Mr. Gallegos or Mr. DeGrassa. The reasons I try to do anything related to my vehicle and Mtn States is due to the fairness regarding service needs and feeling that I am treated respectfully by sales. Came in looking for a used FJ Cruiser and was helped by Jeff Gomez. Experience was great, very low pressure, straight forward answers on everything. We were very impressed with the dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and we didn't feel pressured at all to buy. After we completed all the paperwork the next day we changed our mind on the loan and extremely friendly and we didn't feel pressured at all to buy. I was expecting a lot of trouble to take that off, but when we arrived at the dealership they had already done the paperwork for us and everything was ready to go. It made it so easy and quick to fix the paperwork. That really impressed me! I would definitely go back there to buy my next car. More
I loved my experience at this dealership. I first met with Matt Lind from eSales who was very friendly and helped my husband and I get right to the vehicle we were originally interested in. Matt then introduced me to Robert DeGrassa who, in my opinion, was the most personable and low-pressure sales person that I've met. Robert worked with me until well after closing time to find me a vehicle and a payment that I was not just comfortable with, but very satisfied with. Robert was calm and very helpful. When my deal went to management for approval, I met Ed Freehart. Ed was, once again, very friendly and made me feel as though the deal was FOR ME... not for the dealership. No doubt they made their money, but I left feeling like I too got exactly what I wanted and could afford. My final step was financing where I met Matt Mendez. Matt was knowledgeable and offered a lot of valuable information and expertise. He gave me his honest opinion about the add-ons and additional services I could and should get for my vehicle. All in all, the process was not just painless, but a pleasure and I look forward to my first service appointment in July! I have already recommended this dealership to several of my colleagues and I hope they go to Mountain States Toyota for a GREAT experience! More

Jim Gallegos gave me the smoothest car buying experience I have had, of the many new cars I have purchased. There was no pressure, or up-selling, and Jim had an attitude that he was there to serve me as th I have had, of the many new cars I have purchased. There was no pressure, or up-selling, and Jim had an attitude that he was there to serve me as the customer, and help with my needs as a resource. Because my purchase was a special order that took some time, I had a lot of interaction with Jimmy, and he was always responsive and quick to reply to any questions or issues I had. I would not hestitate to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

I wanted to express my gratitude and commend Mike Hashman on the exceptional customer service I received at Toyota last month. I purchased a used 2007 Toyota Prius just over a year ago, (not at this dealers on the exceptional customer service I received at Toyota last month. I purchased a used 2007 Toyota Prius just over a year ago, (not at this dealership), when last month all of my service lights came on. I immediately took it into Mountain States Toyota for service. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Hashman, who called back that same day to inform me that my hybrid battery needed to be replaced. I asked if this was a normal thing to occur and he stated he had never replaced a hybrid battery before. My car was barely over the 100,000 mile/eight year warranty on the hybrid battery. After doing some more research, I realized this was a very unique situation. Mike was extremely helpful in recommending I contact customer experience with my case, with the hopes of Toyota honoring a percentage of the warranty due to the mileage being so close. I did so, my case was investigated, and to my joyous surprise Toyota agreed to replace the battery at no cost, (minus the labor fees, which were not a big deal considering the way it could have gone). I have never received such outstanding customer care. I truly appreciate the ethical nature of Toyota. As consumers we have many options for car purchases as well as service, and I would highly recommend this dealership for the exceptional customer service I received. Due to this experience, I can now say I am a loyal Toyota customer. My car is working perfectly. Thank you so much Mike! More
