In some circles I would be considered elderly at 68, but I don't feel that way. The point of that statement is to convey that I have bought several vehicles during my life. My wife had a '98 Camry that we I don't feel that way. The point of that statement is to convey that I have bought several vehicles during my life. My wife had a '98 Camry that we had planned on replacing in '09, just shortly before I got laid off from my job. She had saved up enough money to replace it, but we felt we needed to wait, due to the economy, which we did. While the economy isn't what it used to be, we felt is was good enough that we could now take the plunge and replace it. Historically, going through the car buying process, and dealing with a car salesman, would rank below getting a root canal, or a limb amputated...both being the preferred experience. To make a long story short(er), we were in the market for a 2012 Camry and through an internet inquiry landed at Mountain States Toyota in Denver. In my long and storied history as a car buyer, this purchase was the most positive of any prior to this one. There were a couple of minor hiccups in the process, the details of which are not important, but our Sales Consultant Jason Crouse and Customer Relations Manager Trena Segura demonstrated what customer satisfaction is all about, they didn't just talk about customer satisfaction, their "actions speak louder than words", unlike some dealers. If you are looking for a new Toyota, or possibly a previously owned vehicle, you need to give Mountain States Toyota a chance to not only give you the best financial deal, but a positive car buying experience as well. I am not sure where exactly I should begin to describe my experience at this dealership to give a full explanation of my satisfaction from start to finish! I found Mountain States while searching for a P my experience at this dealership to give a full explanation of my satisfaction from start to finish! I found Mountain States while searching for a Prius V in Colorado and I began by reading some reviews on google.com. I could not believe what I was reading...that some people actually ENJOYED buying a vehicle from this dealership!?!? In my book that is unheard of (as the old saying goes, I would have rather got a root canal than deal with a car sales man). I decided I would feel them out and I did a IM chat with Greg O'mara. Even through the chat I felt as though I was getting his utmost attention and he was so personable and easy to work with that there was no doubt in my mind I would be heading to Denver to buy my new car. After reaching what I feel was a exceptional agreement for the vehicle, Greg followed up with my husband and I and we were headed from Evanston, Wyoming to purchase a new car. I even was comfortable putting down a deposit on the vehicle as I did some research on what exactly the President's Cabinet Award was as this dealership was currently in possession of said award from Toyota. Anyway, after keeping in touch for a few days with Patrick (as Greg was scheduled to be off when we were going to arrive) I found that he was also very personable and knowledgeable to work with and it was a low pressure transaction. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were instantly greeted and offered water/soda/popcorn, etc--just amazing! The facility was sparkling clean and every worker that was in sight was smiling and the atmosphere was just so comfortable! Patrick had 4 or 5 people seeking his assistance and he was able to juggle everyone maintaining a great attitude and did not make us feel as though we were not as important as the other. He was patient with us as we decided what interior/exterior colors we wanted and offered much needed feedback! The paperwork transaction was smooth and easy and while Patrick was going back and forth for us running some numbers on a trade, Greg came over to chat with us as though we had known him for years! Greg also introduced us to Tim Van Binsbergen for a few moments and Tim was equally as friendly and fun to talk to. As things were winding down and we headed into Matt's office, it was already after 9:30 (dealership closes a 9) but Matt was not rushing us through and was laughing and chatting like he still had half a days work left! Matt was able to answer all of our questions and was personable as well! Again, the transaction was smooth and easy...and fun! Although this is not anywhere near all the details that I wanted to put in, I hope it will suffice as to give a general idea of just how pleased I am that we gave Mountain States our business! Every person we talked to actually appeared to be loving their jobs and I felt right at home, as though I have known them personally for years! The most important factors I consider when purchasing a car were not only met, but my expectations were surpassed and blown out of the water! I never in my life thought that I would send a 'thank you' card to a dealership for their services, but that is my next task today! I have already (and will continue to)send people to Mountain States for their car search and hope that this review will help someone else decide to give Mountain States a go...they wont be disappointed! This was the first car that I bought on my own and going to a dealership, especially as a female, is a bit intimidating. Michael was recommended to me by a friend so I scheduled some time to check out a veh to a dealership, especially as a female, is a bit intimidating. Michael was recommended to me by a friend so I scheduled some time to check out a vehicle. The selection at this Toyota location is quite comprehensive. They had the model I was looking with various packages and colors. I wanted a specific package and color, and I had to work with a specific budget. Michael listened and steered me in the direction of what I could afford and what would get me the features I was interested in. When the sale was being finalized, Michael did a thorough job of explaining the contract. During the process I felt like he helped get me the right price as oppose to some dealerships where it felt like they were just pushing the clients. There was never a point that I felt like I had to decide on the spot. By the end I just wanted the car and everything came together smoothly. Thank you! And I'll be back for my next vehicle. More

Jeff was great to work with. He was fair in his dealings, and really took the time to answer all of the questions we had. We werent' quite sure exactly which car we were going to buy, and he walke dealings, and really took the time to answer all of the questions we had. We werent' quite sure exactly which car we were going to buy, and he walked us through all of the cars providing details that matched our needs. I appreciated that he talked through comparisons with other auto makers without "bashing, or negative talk" but focused on the positives of the Toyota brand, and the value in buying with Mountain States. I went from OKC to Mountain States Toyota to purchase a new 2012 4Runner Limited. I went into this experience being very skeptical of dealers after having a number of bad experiences in and around Oklahom new 2012 4Runner Limited. I went into this experience being very skeptical of dealers after having a number of bad experiences in and around Oklahoma City. In mind mind, it was completely worth the extra cost of making the trip. My experience began online with Lance Chilcote who was no nonsense and found exactly what I was looking for for an outstanding price. When I arrived at the dealership late on a Friday evening, Lance paired me with Chris Knippelberg to show me the vehicle. Chris was fantastic, not pushy and very knowledgeable. I made the decision that night to purchase the vehicle and Chris worked late putting together all of the details so I could come in a pickup the vehicle Saturday morning. On Saturday, Chris and Justin Radlick the finance manager helped me get a fantastic interest rate and Justin followed the trend of Chris and Lance's excellence. Justin was also straighforward about the financial details and was very through. No games...I appreciated that! After the vehicle was detailed, Chris went over every function in the 4Runner and made sure I was completely comfortable with all the controls, etc before hitting the road back to Oklahoma City. While normally I dread a 10+ hour drive, riding in my new 4Runner and having the fantastic experience I did at Mountain States made the trip a breeze! I would recommend anyone willing to make the short trip to Denver purchase a vehicle at Mountain States Toyota. Ask for Chris K and company and they will take care of you! More
