Jim Gallegos spent an hour with me about 8 months ago when I first started to look for a new car. From there I was set up with Jim Gallegos, who was very respectful that I was the buyer, not my husband:) He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and took the time to ask/answer questions without pressure. We really appreciated that. We left and did a little more research, and set another appointment with Jim the following day. He and the finance guy worked with me to get the pricing that I needed and the deal closed. I also appreciate the thoroughness that Kady Prunk provided when she went through the entire Highlander and explained every feature. I have never had a dealership take the time to show me how everything works before leaving the lot. Usually, once papers are signed they are ready for you to get out the door.
