No Call Backs I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from Mountain States. 2 Weeks later the car quit working It was the WCM that had to be replaced they were really nice in I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from Mountain States. 2 Weeks later the car quit working It was the WCM that had to be replaced they were really nice in getting it fixed and replaced. With no cost on my end. When I left with the car after is was fixed I had the error message saying I have a low tire. Eric in Service told me to Drive on it should be ok in a few miles. Also the 2nd key was not programmed to the new WCM. I have called back twice and left messages that this need to be fixed as I will never know if I have a low tire or not since it always says low tire. Also I only have one key to use if I lose that one I have none. More

It hadn't been cleaned or serviced yet so Mo told us he would contact us when it was ready. He kept his word and called as soon as the service and detail was done. He's very attentive to the details like getting me water, but even as far as to call me after my purchase. He follows up and makes sure everything is alright. Gave him my wish list for a truck (which they didn't have on the lot) and he contacted me a few days later with the EXACT vehicle I was looking for. I was busy with work, so we did all the negotiating (trade in value, etc) via email and phone. I told him that I wanted to have the vehicle windows tinted as well as the bed liner sprayed in, and he went ahead and had it done the next day, before I ever even committed to buying the truck. That, in my mind, is a sales guy who is committed to customer satisfaction. He will be the only person I ever buy a Toyota from, from now on. More
