The WORST. My husband and I came from out of town to purchase a specific vehicle and they were awful. Mountain States Toyota will NEVER get me to do any business with them ever again. The sales manager, Tyler had a three day notification to have a Ford Ranger ready for my test drive. As I arrived the business with them ever again. The sales manager, Tyler had a three day notification to have a Ford Ranger ready for my test drive. As I arrived the Ranger was being delivered to the detailing business. Okay. We were escorted by a polite and apologetic salesman, Austin, for the inconvenience to us, the buyers to the detailers. The Ranger was very wet from the carwash so it would not start. My wife and I are advised to go to lunch to wait for the detailers to finish their job. When we arrived back at the dealership, this same Ranger was being sold to another couple to our astonishment by another salesman and completely ignoring our appointment for OUR test drive and sold the Ranger to the other customers. Austin tried in vain to allow us our test drive, but management said the sales to the other customer was final!!! We left in disgust! Mountain States Toyota sales management is a complete failure to customer rights. More

Originally contacted them through the Costco auto program. Made an appointment for a visit they did not honor and threw me with somebody else. Asked for pricing with this new rep, they refuse to give program. Made an appointment for a visit they did not honor and threw me with somebody else. Asked for pricing with this new rep, they refuse to give because they did not want to give out the mandatory Costco discounting. Tried following up several times via email and phone calls and still never got any pricing I was promised, just a lot of games they’re playing. They lie and say they custom order you a vehicle, Toyota doesn’t do orders they just do allocations for vehicles And dealers take what they can get. They also said they have $1000 nonrefundable deposit which is also false because it is illegal to keep it deposit on a car for a customer. Very shady dealership. I called Costco to get a new Toyota dealership to work with and told Costco about my experience here when they asked why. I then got a call from the Internet manager at Mountain State Toyota the next day you would think to apologize for my awful service here, no, she called to try to say I was lying to try to say face with the Costco program. So many better dealerships in town to deal with, avoid these guys More
