I came in expecting to wait for an hour. Within 5 minutes, Dave came in and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I saw that he was salesperson of the month, but yet… I wasn’t expecting a perfect experience. Coming from NYC, I am used to getting really lazy, dare I say… bad customer service. But, I was wrong! Dave was ready for me. He had the vehicle I was interested in parked curbside and ready to go. He gave me all the time I needed, and never badgered me to get my mind made up. When I wanted to compare the vehicle with two others that weren’t immediately available, he promptly found a mutually suitable time for me to return and compare. On the second visit, he had 4 vehicles ready to go for that comparison—I stayed for 5 hours comparing the nuances of each against each other. Dave let me decide on my own. Never once was he pushy or indirect. The dealership manager also stopped by and was never pushy or expectant with my decision timeline, either. Needless to say, I wanted the car I came in for, but Dave and the MotorWorld team put me at ease. Their attitudes allowed me to seal the deal and not take my business elsewhere. Was an all around very positive experience. I will never shop for another vehicle anywhere else! Seek out Dave Bell for next vehicle. You’ll probably end up making a friend! 10/10; would recommend. I called from out of state, didn't really know what to expect - got immediately helped by Frank who was professional and wel the perfect car for you. I asked him if he could send some detailed videos and he sent me more than what I asked for! Took the time to get as many angles and even commentated on the video so I could look at certain things. Completely transparent, truthful, and honest every step along the way which is honestly a very refreshing experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just through-and-through a great guy. I personally wouldn't have made the 2 hour drive from Jersey without the confidence that I had in Frank. Did I mention very hospitable? Buying a car isn't the funnest process but we had great conversations outside of work, helped me out when I had some issues with some background stuff, and SUPER PATIENT. No frustration whatsoever, just tackled everything like a true professional and guided me (a first time car buyer) through everything. Did I mention he came in to help me personally on his day off? Yup - he did that, took time out of his day off from 1pm to 6pm to help me get into the car that I am loving now. Folks - don't look any further for a honest and trustworthy salesperson. I am definitely coming back here with friends and family for the foreseeable future, even if its 2 hours away. More
