Good service, and continental breakfast to boot! I stopped by the Express Service to have my battery checked. Did it first thing in the morning so I didn't get breakfast before leaving home. But Shelor provides free gourmet coffee (numerous choices) and food bars. And they also provide free WiFi, so I was able to get some work done on my online course and eat breakfast while my battery was being checked out (and replaced because it was indeed defective). More

I need to know how much I will love this car! Jay didn't know me at first, and he was helpful when I wanted to look at Subaru's. What Jay didn't know is I just didn't want to buy a car, I wanted Jay didn't know me at first, and he was helpful when I wanted to look at Subaru's. What Jay didn't know is I just didn't want to buy a car, I wanted him to tell me WHY I was going to LOVE my new car. He found out when he notified me my car was in and all the bells and whistles were ready. What he didn't know is that I am a "motor city" girl and grew up loving cars. I've had Mustangs, Camaro's, Pinto, Corvettes, Jeeps, Isuzu, Audi TT's, BMW's, Nissan Juke, Mazda's, Acura's, Subaru's a long time ago. Some cars fancy, other cars just because and most cars I liked a LOT. So.... when I asked him to tell me WHY I was going to love this car, he "GOT IT" right away and from then on he was fabulous. I would recommend Jay! Also, I love this Subaru so far - and it is gorgeous. All my "girlfriends" have Lexus', but I am not that type - I want a car I can be me in - this is the car. Thanks Jay!
