Chris and Casey were highly professional and understanding! I felt that they had the customer's best interests at heart, and offered solutions that have saved me both time AND cost. Additionally, the overall cost for their regular maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotation/balance, are pretty affordable with the specials that pop up occasionally. Regarding the vehicle service, I was impressed that they were able to address/diagnose my vehicle noise concerns, replace my wheel bearing, and complete a last minute request for a state inspection within the same day. After picking up my car, I finally remembered how quiet my car was supposed to be! Transportation was also a breeze since they offered great shuttle service to and from the location. I will mention that I was a little bummed that the cause of the noise wasn't fully addressed when I brought it up during a regular maintenance appointment a few months earlier. I can understand that the issue might have been less noticeable at the time and thus harder to communicate, so I ended up calling again for another appointment. This time, I specifically asked if I could take a service rep on a drive to better demonstrate the issue, and they were more than happy to accommodate. This response meant more to me as a customer since it showed that they care about feedback, clear communication, and are willing to revisit previous concerns if the result was unsatisfactory. People aren't infallible, so missing the problem initially did not take away from the rest of the service. Overall, the speed, convenience, and quality of service at this place still beats it for me, and I don't plan on taking my vehicle elsewhere while I'm in the area. I highly recommend this place if you plan on scheduling similar maintenance work on your vehicle! More

After dealing with the service department at the Lynchburg dealership with previous vehicles this experience was such a welcome revelation. To top it all off their waiting lounge is phenomenal. More
