What a way to treat loyal customer. I came to this location and bought a 2019 Nissan Titan pro 4 x. Traded my older Nissan Titan 2010 LE which had nothing wrong with it other than me wan I came to this location and bought a 2019 Nissan Titan pro 4 x. Traded my older Nissan Titan 2010 LE which had nothing wrong with it other than me wanting a new truck. This dealer sold me a truck that had multiple issues with it. One of the fog light was out when I pulled it into my driveway the day I bought it. Shifter was getting stuck, steering rack went out all in a matter of 3 weeks having the truck. Top it off, I was supposed to get $7,000.00 back for my trade in, got the check today, and dealer only sent me $6,000.00 dollars. I’m going to pursue legal charges for all the wasted time and stress this dealer has put me through. I was willing to just walk away and not try to claim lemon law on this truck but man, now they want to rip me off too? My family had been loyal to Nissan products for so many years. Well, time to switch to Toyota products. I like their trucks as well. More

I wanted to have the car fixed, I did not want to sell it I explained to the service department that I have an extremely ill relative and anything happens I may need the car back quickly. Two hours later I get a call and I thought that was fast. Instead of telling me what problems the car had, I was told that MISTER MOSSY wanted to buy the car for his used cat lot. In no way did I ever give this dealership any idea that I wanted to sell it to them nor did I give MISTER MOSSY permission to check out my car for his lot. I walked to the dealership even though I am disabled and demanded my car back. MISTER MOSSY needs to grow up: just because he was born doesn't mean he is going to get his way. More
