Very real trust issues with the Service Dept I have taken my car for oil leaks to this service facility, Moss Bros VW, four times now, but they do not seem to know what they are doing; they're be I have taken my car for oil leaks to this service facility, Moss Bros VW, four times now, but they do not seem to know what they are doing; they're better off outsourcing repairs to a specialist, in my case, a Mini Cooper specialist. They couldn't get it right, first cleaned oil filter housing area n 3/13/15, then added dye to oil and observe on 4/03/15, removed, cleaned and resealed oil pan on 6/17/15....sealant and labor charged to my extended warranty. Regular oil change done on 10/06/15; then again brought car in on 11/10/15 for oil leak. they're the only one doing oil change b/c I bought the car from this dealership and I avail of the free oil change for life. This issue is always a return job, also caused by substandard and negligent practices (w/c I can enumerate if given the time). Keith Lewis has always been pleasant and helpful, but this doesn't change the fact that they're not knowledgeable nor attentive to details, negligent and careless that have caused me money, time and traumatic experiences. I should not be charged a return job, neither should Portfolio, my warranty carrier. I invoke Moss Bros VW management, also the President/Owner Glenn L. Moss, Sr. to mediate on this matter. Your Service Dept. has continually disappointed me and insult my intelligence. Nice doesn't make it right. My car has been in service since Nov. 10 - 14 days tomorrow, Monday. Keith told me every thing is covered by Portfolio, now I am being charged $950.00. If I have to incurr this expense, I could have taken it to a Mini specialist. I keep taking it to Moss VW b/c they've been working on the same issue for the 4th time now this year, a return job! I also request a detailed summary of my Portfolio acct.
