Horrible service!!!! The worst in my 20 years of buying cars. My husband and I didn't want them to run a credit application because we don't want the ding on our credit application (we are re-financing the cars. My husband and I didn't want them to run a credit application because we don't want the ding on our credit application (we are re-financing the house soon and are very aware of our credit rating and what affects it). We had two valid checks they could have processed immediately. When we refused to give over our social security numbers to run the credit application, they brought in the manager who proceeded to be biggest jerk. I wanted a Prius (I got one from Redlands 2 hours later) so I think they feel a special power because, as they told me several times, there are only 20 in California due to the natural disasters in Japan. The manager mocked us, busted out a "back scratcher" as part of some inside joke with his staff and said we couldn't be calmed with it, laughed and told us the Patriot Act required him to get my social security to BUY a car with other funds. He said it was the law. It was so ridiculous, I was shocked. I asked him to show me the law and he changed his story, then saying he thought it was law and he would look. He eventually gave me a piece of appear that had laws on it that were completely inapplicable to my situation. Like I told him, he may as well put the IRS code in front of me, it was irrelevant. He was highly agitated and the last thing he said to us, that anyone did, was "You know, you don't have to buy a car here." Indeed. I took my $30,000 elsewhere. Yes, I think that's a lot of money, even if they don't. 24 hours later I have my car, for almost $1,000 less, and am very happy. Either one of my two Toyotas could break down in front of Moss Brothers and I still would have them towed to another dealership. If you wonder why my review is so different from others, I believe its because the salespeople send these requests to customers they know are very happy with their service. I got my request from another dealership, the one that treated me as customer. However, I figured since I was here, I'd warn potential customers and save them the 2 hours of time and aggravation I suffered. More

Saji Mirza was very compassionate and did not push us into buying a car. He listened to what we needed for our family, and answered in a calm, professional, knowing manner. I had visited several other dealers after I originally spoke to Saji Mirza at Moss Bros Toyota in Moreno Valley, as I was only doing my homework in researching prices and MPH. Ultimately what sold me was not the mph of the cars, but the COURTESY OF YOUR SALESMAN SAJI MIRZA. I went back to Moss Bros Toyota in Moreno Valley several days later to crunch numbers and at that time explained that I was looking for not 1 car, but 2 cars to purchase. With Tony Arias, the salesman and Saji Mirza, the dealer over there at Moss Bros Toyota, y'all have a winning combination for a very successful 2011!!!! We ended up driving away 2 brand new cars and my oldest son, Michael and I are very happy. I WILL recommend Moss Bros Toyota in Moreno Valley to all of my Nurse co-workers. Aaron and Victor was amazing, They were very good conversationalists and generally seemed interested in my happiness. They were willing to drive me anywhere I needed to complete the transaction and a conversationalists and generally seemed interested in my happiness. They were willing to drive me anywhere I needed to complete the transaction and at the end of the sale I needed to return my rent a car to an Enterprise. Luckily there was one within the Moss Bros Buick side dealership and so Aaron accompanied me to fulfill that duty. My over-all experience was great, there was a little frustration over the necessary paperwork that I needed to provide them with to complete the transaction but this does not reflect the sales team who went above and beyond to make me happy. The reason I gave this dealership excellent marks is because they went the extra mile to make sure i was completely satisfied with all aspects of my purchase. Great customer service! Made the process of buying a car very simple and easy. I had looked at several dealerships closer to home with little success. MY WIFE AND I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP ON A RAINY EVENING, AND WAS GREETED BY NABEEL, WHO TOOK EXCELLANT CARE OF US.
