I was met quickly and professionally uoon arriving at the Service Dept. The service dept was fairly busy but my wait time was reasonably short.

Rick Anderson is the best. He even walk all customers to their cars once their car is finished. I watched this for 2 1/2!hours and no one else has walked customers to their vehicles. All they do is take the paper out of the car and walk off nothing said and no thank you to the customers for coming to Moss. They are rude in the service department. Mr, Rick has great customer skills. You need to watch one day all your service people! You will see!
