Poor customer service in the service department . He was beyond rude and was very impatience as he went back and forth in conversation when I had questions which was uncalled for. The staff all went out of their way to get us the car we wanted. There was only one car in our entire area that had the features we wanted (except the color-our choice didn't come in yellow or red, and we wanted. Anyway, our sales guy, Christian, had his manager, Moe, find the car and reserve it for us. We were there for about 5 hours, and by then, we were exhausted and hungry, so the team got us some dinner at a nearby fast-food chain. We wanted to see the color of the car before we bought it, and obviously, it wasn't at the dealership, so they washed a similar car with the exact color so we could see the color not covered in dirt. Truly, our ONLY regret is that Toyota doesn't make the plug-in Prius in the Nightshade yellow color. It is sweet! Check it out if you don't need the plug-in feature! Finally, the finance guy brought the price of the car down when we told him it was above our budget. It was a great experience, besides taking too long! Do be prepared to stand your ground. They are not pushy, but they do keep trying to add things to the cost of the car. I think, though, if I had told them I was over budget, they would have stopped. Hopefully, we will be grateful in the end that we added what we did! More
