Terrible service and amateur mechanics. The guy delivered my Jeep with the fuel cleaner bottle still on my fuel tank with the lid open. A mechanic locked my key in the tool box and never return my spare key my Jeep with the fuel cleaner bottle still on my fuel tank with the lid open. You have to try to be this bad, your jaw may drop after reading this review. Let’s start with my very first conversation with the dealership before making the 2 hour drive to look at a Ford F-250. I ask a reading this review. Let’s start with my very first conversation with the dealership before making the 2 hour drive to look at a Ford F-250. I ask a very simple question “ are there any hidden fees I need to be aware of” They answer with a convincing “No” ..so we make a appointment to look at the truck. After a very short test drive because the truck was on dead empty we returned and started the negotiations. Guess what? Not only do they have hidden fees, they have $3100 worth of them. Unbelievable, 1st lie.. and it only gets better. After a few days of negotiations with a very lazy and completely incompetent salesmen we make a deal. This is where it gets good, they needed another 3 days to run it through their inspection, detail, gas up, add extras etc. Fine by us if they actually did it... We get the call Friday morning that our truck is ready, so we make the 2 hour trip for a 3rd time for our appointment to pick it up. We showed up to a absolute nightmare. Truck looks like crap( no detail, not even a cleaning ), still on empty, they can’t provide ANY paperwork on their inspection (because it wasn’t done) oh and the $3,100 is extras/ “hidden fees” that we paid for.. NONE of them were installed on the truck. We had to catch all of the this! If this isnt trying to pull the wool over our eyes I don’t know what is..At this point they all start to point the finger at one another, including assistant manger pointing the finger at the other assist. manager. Not at any point during this astonishing madness did the actual “manger” come out, he’d rather just hide behind his glass. Guess the apples don’t fall far from the tree. It’s comedy to witness adults/ ‘professionals’ acting in this manner. Customer service at it’s absolute worst. We are beyond disappointed and not to mention upset that we picked this joke of a dealership to potentially purchase a $50k truck at. I could go on with other major disappointments but I think you get the point. Go elsewhere, trust us. More
