DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Totally inept when it comes to customer service. Was sold a truck that didn't exist and after waiting 6 hours, was offered a cheaper truck for the same price. Later don't receive any call, so I go in and Erik Martinez sees me and asks me if they had call me, I respond NO. Me leaving it didn't mean I didn't need it, he responded I know what you mean it should be ready and called someone else, Another guy comes well he says it was with the tech so I said 6 hrs. And STILL NOT READY I asked for the manager he said I am the manager Bryan Santoyo so I ask him how much longer, he responds I can get it in and out in 45 min. They said I needed a thermostat which I didn't need because my truck was never getting hot. Then tried to charge me $700+ for a $20 part that isn't that hard to put on. Where other shops only charging around $150. I done the repair myself with the help of Auto Zone. Sensor was $19 and took only 10 minutes to repair and everything works great. Do not go to this dealer period. More
