My jeep has been in their shop for warrenty repair for almost 2 weeks just waiting for parts. I was supposed to get it back a week ago. Today they call me said they "forgot" to order a bolt. And on top of all this they denied a loaner car stating the warranty didn't cover it. I had to call jeep customer service to get my loaner car. The service manager is a joke and could care less about the customers. If you want terrible service and your car just waiting in their lot for weeks without being repaired correctly this is the perfect place. More
