Alfredo at service desk was completely disrespectful and Rude.He said he couldn’t help me because he already “Clocked out”.He said I would have to “Deal” with it because no one was going to help me . I dropped off my car using the Kiosk an hour earlier before appointment. I checked in after several hours passed and I finally called and Alfredo said no one will service my car until following day .I did not get a After visit summary on that day and my oil life notification on car isn’t up to par like usual ..So disappointed by recent visit .
