Sales is Super, Service no. Traded in a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu two days after service which gave an OK on the check sheet and hundreds of dollars and when returned in two days f Traded in a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu two days after service which gave an OK on the check sheet and hundreds of dollars and when returned in two days for check the price had estimated 1t over two thousand dollars and not complete.when approsched by a Sales Person made an offer which at 88 years old I am and living on Pensions a hard choice but I needed ways to go to Hospitals dependable at best in doubtful but I needed dependable transportation.Made a choice to purchase a 2022 Chevorlet Malibu because of the necessity moreover the payments were about the same of my 2016 Malibu.First service made and kept the service person stated I was not ready in miles for a servicve and since Moss had sent me my new plates I said thanks and left. two days I received an E mail stating I missed my Service a a aaaandppointment.this was incorrect I still have my Tag5502 that I was given.Now my car was leaking and i brought my car in to explain because steering was hard no power steering I explained to the Service person waited in the waiting wating room and was approached and told that I must have ran over liquid fruit nothing else was wrong.That was indeed insulting soI have since returned on one occasion and told that the car was okay.I have been driving power steering since it came out in the 1950.s this Malibu is not power steering.Thanking you for allowing me to explain. More

The Service department was on point. No waiting and I had no appointment. The vehicle service included oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection.
