I ended up driving here twice after being told they couldn't do a diagnostic on a Saturday. When I also couldn't get a ride home and my vehicle was going to be there for 24-48 hours, I left having had couldn't do a diagnostic on a Saturday. When I also couldn't get a ride home and my vehicle was going to be there for 24-48 hours, I left having had no service at all. I drove straight to Riverside Chevrolet, who identified the issue and completed work in about half an hour. No diagnostic was even needed. Makes me wonder about the competency at Moss. And other customers in the waiting room were fuming over the same issues. More
