Mr Harris contacted me about and inquirey I had made about a titan made an appointment then I canceled He called back to ask why and I told him I did'nt want to waste his time or mine it was a long dri about a titan made an appointment then I canceled He called back to ask why and I told him I did'nt want to waste his time or mine it was a long drive and I did'nt think that he would be able to agree to the terms and pay ment that I wanted He told me to fill out a preloan application that he had two Pro 4X on the lot and if my trade was what I said , and the reason he called back was because his boss really wanted my truck, we had a deal for the agreed upon terms and payments He called to see if I was still coming and to let me know he would'nt be there but one of his team members would I ASKED IF HE KNEW OF OUR AGREED UPON TERMS and he assured me everything was contingent on the trade-in ,which can be seen on thier website described as pampered and a creampuff, they did give me three thousand more than at first offered over the phone but had to sit for four hours and sit thru the sales man track meet back and forth to the sales managers office, only getting up and asking the manager for my key to my truck so I could leave did he agree to give me the sale at agrred upon terms, so I thought, when I get into the finance office I found out I had the monthly payments we agreed to but he had added three nore moths to the length of the contract costing me over a thousand dollars Then after my new truck is brought around a picture is take n said here you go no heres how this works or walk around the truck Get it home showing my wife and we found three flaws a scratch on front bumper one ont the rear bumper and a small dent When Mr Harris called me I told him about the damage he said he would talk to his repair shop to set up a appointnent to get it fixed but in the mean time do the customer survey and give us good scores Never heard back from him Long story short don't trust More

I found a car of interest online at East Tennessee Nissan. I inquired via email and received a phone call immediately by Mr. Harris. He was professional and accommodating. Since I didn't want to ma Nissan. I inquired via email and received a phone call immediately by Mr. Harris. He was professional and accommodating. Since I didn't want to make the two and a half hour drive without knowing what kind of loan I would qualify for, I was able to fill out a brief form online, send it in, and got approved with the best financing...by far...than through any other dealership or lending institution. When I arrived after the long drive at about 7:30 pm, a gentleman, who is part of Mr. Harris' team greeted me. I told him who I was and he quickly got the vehicle I was interested in. He gave me a detailed "tour" of the vehicle, answered the many questions I had, provided me with the Carfax report while explaining what each entry meant, and gave me the keys so that I would be able to take it for a test drive. The vehicle far exceeded my expectations, but I was still skeptical about what kind of hidden charges that may exist on my financing. To my surprise, I found no hidden charges, and the rate was even lower than what I had expected. I was relieved that I received such a wonderful vehicle at such a fantastic price and with such a low interest rate. Not to mention...I was out the door at about 9:00 pm that evening with my new vehicle just purchased. I never want to go to another dealership again!!! The drive was well worth it!!! Came into the dealership having looked at a couple of options. Ransom greeted me as soon as I got out of the car. That's when the thought of oh no pushy salesman popped into my head. Ransom just asked if there was anything he could help with, and I told him what I looked at and he took me right to the vehicle. He got the keys we talked about the vehicle for a while, and we started talking about different things other than the vehicle itself. Ransom made the experience of buying a truck great. I felt more relaxed while I was looking around at all my options on the lot. We took the truck for a drive and came back inside and started working out a deal on the truck with him and the manager. We both had two realistic numbers in mind and pretty much met in the middle on the truck. They worked with me to get the best financing I could get and everything. The whole experience was great and I got a great truck at a pretty fair price. We even went and looked at the new trucks just to see what the new stuff was. I'll have to say if i'm ever in the market for a new truck I'm gonna start at East Tennessee Nissan. More
We walked in with a low expectation that'd we would be able to purchase a new car. David was very helpful in finding a car within our price range. He also knew every detail on the car! Everyone at this dealership was outstanding. Our salesman, the numbers man, and the business manager treated us wonderfully. It was definitely one of the best experiences we have ever had in purcha salesman, the numbers man, and the business manager treated us wonderfully. Both my wife and myself kept waiting for the moment that we felt like we were being pushed into a deal and that never happened.We did step up in the vehicle that we bought and changed to a car that cost more than the one that they wanted to sell us. That was my choice .Every question that we asked was answered to our satisfaction. We decided on a car and we met with kenny the finance mgr. Here we go I thought. My credit was not that good and we could not get financed. To make a long story short Kenny came up with a figure that was not to our liking., He left for a minute and came back with a figure and interest rate that we could live with.The rates were explained to us as well as the terms of the loan and we accepted them. There was not a time when things were not explained to us. Then we met with sue who did the contracts and it happened again she was great. how could she not be great after all she owned labs (dogs) and we have 9 dogs. Sue again explained everything. We left with a good feeling for the dealership. More
