Poor communication, asked to have the washer fluid system checked because we were loosing a lot of wiper fluid without using much. All we got from them was that we had an oil leak, not from where and the sev checked because we were loosing a lot of wiper fluid without using much. All we got from them was that we had an oil leak, not from where and the severity. They topped off the wiper fluid. The car has been in my driveway two days without moving with a puddle of wiper fluid on the ground and an empty wiper fluid tank. The service advisor was rude, and they parked the car where we couldn’t find it. This dealer has been my only place I have used in the last 17 years and I’m not going back. The service advisors they have are poor, Except for Alex, he is good. More
