What Others Say
I literally never do this I swear. I have so many people who will vouch I’m a good mom/woman/and person. I’m honest and don’t live dirty. I work so hard to provide for my children as best as I can. Im a single mom of 2 permanently disabled small children. Because of that I am unable to work any sort of normal job and I’m on a very set income. I went to All New Morristown Ford December 2nd 2024 and purchased a 2016 Chevy traverse. I explained to them my situation extensively and what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I was lucky enough to receive a grant and be able to put $5000 dollars down plus my trade in for this new vehicle. I know nothing about cars and asked as many questions as I thought I was supposed to. I was assured it was a 1 owner no issue vehicle and the test drive was fine. I spend my entire day there (this was the 1 and only car they brought out. I qualified for more but it was everything I asked for so why keep looking) during the whole time I never thought I would have been treated this way. Not even 30 days after buying this vehicle it started shaking terribly and throwing a “service stablilink” warning message. I immediately call my dealership and had to wait 2-3 weeks to be seen. Mind you when this issue first started it was low and slow with it not happening every time I drove. When I finally reach my appointment time my car happens to be acting fine even though I had video of the issues to show them what it did while it was throwing the code. They assure me I’m fine. Days later it’s much worse and I call them back and they get me in a little sooner but still mid February at this point. They swear it was 1 sensor and they fixed it and everything was fine. While in the lot the car threw the same code and when I pointed it out I was dismissed and told it was fixed. I called 2 more times in February and was told my next appointment wouldn’t be for 2-3 months (I have the voicemail recorded to confirm this) I explain this is a issue from day 15 of owning this car and my warranty would expire in March. Again was told basically not their problem. After March I contacted them 2-3 more times begging to be taken seriously but then at they point they want to charge me $200 just to have the car looked at when again I have time stamped video and pictures of the car being messed up. (FOR MONTHS) I can’t afford $200 to tell me what I already know is wrong and then not be able to fix it on top of that because my warranty is expired now since I was unable to be seen or taken seriously. I got no where with every phone call but today I’m at my Witt’s end. The service attendant (whoever I talked to) was rude and completely unhelpful. I explained my situation and what had happened and she started to argue what I brought my car into the shop for. I again have time stamped video and photos of the issues from 15 days after purchase and they can see it was brought in yet nothing was done. The one time they “replaced” a sensor and claimed it was fixed. I called the next day to confirm it most definitely was not and was told that day I could again come back in 2-3 months since they were so backed up. I’m paying $260 a month for a car that can’t drive. I am no longer able to take either of my children to their many many therapist and doctor appointments every week. We have something medical scheduled Monday-Friday with 0 breaks. This slow spiral of this car has only cost me more and more money that I don’t have. My van I traded in was old and needed work but at least it drove and was capable of taking my disabled children to their medically necessary appointments. Neither of my children are able to attend half to almost any of their appointments anymore. I’m having to pay for Ubers and such just to complete the absolutely necessary appointments first. I can’t believe something like this has happened and I will admit this time I did get snippy on the phone but that was after the very rude lady was 0 help. Her rude comments and scoff
The salesman was fine, but that was it. The service center has been difficult to deal with since the beginning and rude. Make sure you know the policy for receiving the free tires because it wasn’t explained to me when I bought my car. Now I need tires and I’m not going to get my free set because I was told I had had went over the service mileage. I will not be back there.
Chris and the staff are amazing, they worked with a problem that I thought I wouldn’t get out of and got me into my dream vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Thank you Chris and Crew.
NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! THEY LIE
Below is a email I sent to the GSM and never got a response. Also life time tires was the only reason I ended up purchasing from this dealership and then get told today oh your outside of the mileage and also its a commercial vehicle and refused to honor the tires for life which I was told and they even knew it was for a work truck and said yes the life time for free did not matter as long as it was under the same buyers name. They lied, I will never refer or buy vehicles from this place again.
Mark Mullins,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent vehicle purchase and some issues that have led to significant frustration on my end. Please know that if it were not for the lifetime tires, I would have considered purchasing from another dealership.
The first issue concerns one of the vehicles having the tire light on and an issue with the monitoring system. This was supposed to be fixed prior to the purchase, but almost a month later, I’m still being told that the wrong sensors were installed. Initially, I was told that the tire light was due to the cold weather and would go off after driving, but given my experience with vehicles, I knew this was not the case. Now I am told the correct sensors have been ordered, and I am once again required to take time out of my schedule to bring the vehicle back.
Secondly, the bed of one of the trucks still had trash, dirt, and rocks in it when I test drove it. Despite asking four times for this to be cleaned, it was not completed until I insisted, even after making the purchase and before leaving the dealership. This level of oversight is concerning and certainly not what I would expect from a dealership.
A third issue arose regarding the discount on the two trucks. I was offered $500 each off of both, and I had decided to pass on one and then decided to go ahead and purchase and was told by the finance guy oh we can go ahead and offer you $500 off that one too even though we didn't before. I was being presented with an offer that was not actually an additional benefit, as it was simply the discount I had already been offered.
The fourth issue was related to receiving only one key for each vehicle. I was told I could purchase additional keys on my own, which is unacceptable given the significant amount I spent. I insisted that the dealership cover the cost of a second key for each vehicle, or I would purchase them from another dealership. Which they did do in the end.
Lastly, while I understand that my sales representative, McKenna, was new, she will undoubtedly perform well with the proper training. However, I did experience delays when I called ahead to have the paperwork ready. Despite confirming this, I still had to wait once I arrived, after driving an hour to the dealership.
Overall, I find it disappointing that after spending nearly $60,000 on two vehicles, I have had to dedicate so much time and effort to resolve these issues on my own. The customer service provided by your dealership does not compare to the exceptional service provided by the nearby Chrysler dealership, and I am disappointed by the lack of attention to detail.
I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and work to improve the customer experience at your dealership. I look forward to resolving the outstanding issues promptly.
In my search for a used car, ROBERTO was very helpful. He explained everything and was knowledgeable on what I was looking for, so we were able to get me a car and in a very reasonable time. If your looking for a new/ used vehicle, ROBERTO, is a great person to help you.
Roberto was very attentive when it came to my car buying needs. He listened to what I needed and made it happen. I was very pleased with my car buying experience.
