Morrie's staff were fine, Ross explained what was going on with my vehicle and explain the options to fix it. I only complaint was when getting a ride from their courtesy shuttle, I had to wait nearly 40 m on with my vehicle and explain the options to fix it. I only complaint was when getting a ride from their courtesy shuttle, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes for someone to come pick me up to bring me back to the dealership. After 25 minutes of waiting, I called the dealership and found out that their driver was over half an hour away. At that point they did send someone to get me. My vehicle is fixed. I also feel like the cost of service for vehicles is outrageous. I feel like it's outrageous everywhere, not just at Morrie's. More
