Very Disappointed !!! Very Disappointed. The WORST New Vehicle buying experience I ever had. Mostly after I signed the contract. The $4x,xxx. Blazer RS stayed at the deal Very Disappointed. The WORST New Vehicle buying experience I ever had. Mostly after I signed the contract. The $4x,xxx. Blazer RS stayed at the dealership to get rust proof and protective wrap for the paint. My long-awaited pre-retirement vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I find out someone has driven 230 miles before I picked it up. Most likely before the rust proofing and protective wrap was installed. When I arrive the Blazer was dirty. I took it to get it washed, then had to washed it a second time. Just to find out the paint was chipped Like someone took it on a joy ride on a dirt road. The paint will never be the same. Was in the shop at the dealer for a week to trying to fix it. Went to pick it up it, once again dirty ! The paint job will never be the same. When buying the vehicle they kept ask me are you going to keep it for a long time. Yes I keep my vehicles for a long time. So I bought the lifetime warranty. I wash my car at least once a week. Not the New Vehicle experience I was hoping for. A Very disappointed Chev. Owner More

Problem solved I am not sure actually how i feel about this situation, hence the 3 star review. Also i am terrible with names. I really wish i could remember them. Bought a car with 30,000 miles on it, second day driving it i heard some brake noise in the front end. I had to work so my wife brought the vehicle in to the service center. The Tech sent her home saying he could not get the vehicle to make any noise. She picked me up from work 3 hours later and i got in the car and the noise was obvious. At this point i was pretty mad, i drove the vehicle straight back to the dealer, of course the service guy who looked at it earlier had left for the day. After a bit of discussion and driving the vehicle into the service garage myself the check in lady says to the service writer, something is wrong with that. The new service guy i spoke with was fantastic, didn't even pull the vehicle out of the garage all the way and said "yep, i want to take the tires off and look at it" Within a couple hours we were leaving with new pads and rotors in the front. Moral of the story, had my wife had the service that i received this would be a 5 star review. Just a little concerning that a vehicle with an obvious problem was seen completely different by 2 different technicians. More
