WARNING* don’t buy parts from this location for your Kia! !! I bought a battery a couple years ago supposedly with what’s even stated on the battery as a 36 month free replacement. Warranty expires 12/25 took !! I bought a battery a couple years ago supposedly with what’s even stated on the battery as a 36 month free replacement. Warranty expires 12/25 took the battery to the part department where I purchased the battery directly from and that’s where it spirals in disappointment. 1st they conveniently can’t locate any parts I’ve purchased in the past. A battery a 400$ ignition or the 356$ drivers side head light assembly. 2nd they can’t help anyway you have to go through the service department. Doesn’t matter if you purchased the part directly through the parts department have to go through the service department. Here’s a kicker for that. They want to test the battery BUT it has to be on the car but wait if I need a battery and I have the battery here in my hand clearly I can’t drive the car up there the battery doesn’t work! I’m a mechanic from the UNITED STATES NAVY I know how to test a battery and jump a battery off as well. The battery is no good! It’s dead 0.0 volts tested with a Klein volt meter even tried jumping from the Nissan frontier I bought from them 2 years ago. Their solution is to have the car towed up there so they can test the battery in the car!!! Are you serious!!! Of course nothing of the such is expressed at the time of purchase this would be an expectation should the battery need replacement and I ask for a copy of the said policy and guess what they didn’t have that either. So go to Walmart or Autozone they honor their warranty and replacement and don’t “conveniently” have a problem pulling up the parts your purchased from them. Sounds more like a Kia Fort Worth scam then a Kia Fort Worth promise! If that wasn’t enough to sway your thoughts of risk! Same parts guy I talked to about my battery is the guy I purchased the $400 ignition from. I asked him before I got it after someone tried to steal my car due to the easily removable ignition if they were going to replace them due to the law suit that had been filed and recall forced and was told no, yet it wasn’t 2 months later I got notified by mail there was in fact a recall on the exact part I just spent 400$ on and had to file against the suit in order to get my money back. Great business Kia of Fort Worth I promise I won’t be buying from you again and that whole word of mouth is no longer anything good to say! More

Our experience with the Finance department was miles better than any Finance Department I have experienced. The rest of the employees that we crossed paths with was the same pleasant experience. More

Easy experience. The gentleman that helped me...I think Clifton, was genuinely cordial & professional. I was there a lot less time than anticipated as well which was The gentleman that helped me...I think Clifton, was genuinely cordial & professional. I was there a lot less time than anticipated as well which was a plus. I also realized how great my 2013 Sportage is & hope that my next Kia will hold up as well as this one has. We hear that "they don't make them like they used to". I sure hope that isn't the case with Kia More
