Josh made the WHOLE process super duper easy! I LOVED that I could text him and / or call him with any questions and he ALWAYS responded within less than 30 minutes! I told him what I wanted, he found it, got it ready, did most of the paperwork through email, so that we didn’t have to spend an excessive amount of time at the dealership, even had the contract ready to sign when we got there! Josh was super duper professional, personable, laid back, and easy to work with! He was not pushy at all! I would definitely recommend Josh at Moritz Alliance to anyone! As a matter of fact he’s the most laid back, non-pushy sales person I’ve ever worked with in my entire life! I just cannot say enough good things about Josh!!!! 💜

We were just looking after seeing a green Kia Telluride in Colleyville. We stopped by Kia in Hurst & David was sitting outside in the shade on a chair(105’ heat). We looked at the suv with the custom interior and decided in 10 minutes to buy it. Probably one of David’s easiest sales. After five Lexus LX vehicles in the past 20 plus years, we couldn’t be happier so far. And the bonus is that it was less than 1/2 the price of a new Lexus LX. Larry & Phyllis Tresnicky

Poor customer service from finance dept. - Thomas Jean

The salesperson was great and patient. He listened and delivered. I was almost ready to sign when the finance guy ruined it all. I needed to upgrade my car for business purposes and told the dealer several times how much I loved my car and how much i didn't want to trade it in. It was my dream car that I wanted for years and last year I made it happen. While working on the final deal with finance I mentioned maybe I should hold off until i can pay down my car a bit more and he said "You mean the VW... that piece of crap?" I walked out right then and there. I love my car. Not a single ding. Perfect condition. Well taken care of. It truly is beautiful but I need a 4 door for work. I can't believe those words even came out of his mouth. Sorry to the sales person who spent 4 hours with me, was wonderful, and just lost his commission because of a rude person in finance!
