Service Department This service department is by far the worst of the worst. We have had our 2015 Chevy 1500 Country truck sent in for oil changes with scheduled appoint This service department is by far the worst of the worst. We have had our 2015 Chevy 1500 Country truck sent in for oil changes with scheduled appointment and it still takes 8 hours to do it. We asked for a loaner vehicle since we work out of our truck and we were told "there was no loaner vehicle". Did receive call from General Manager, apologizing and assuring our next visit would not be the same experience. More

Filing a formal complaint Just purchased a 2015 Silverado LT 4X4 RockRidge with a price tag of $68,000. Now with only 8,000 miles the engine is shaking very badly until I put it in neutral and rev it up repeatedly, then it starts to smooth out but has the Check Engine light "on". Took it to Service this morning and Chris Lovelady told me they are very busy, would be later this evening before they could get to it. Asked me if I had an appointment? I said "I need an appointment for a brand new truck that I just bought from you and it wont hardly run and has the Check Engine light on"? I told him to just forget it, I'm leaving. He came out to my truck and asked if I wanted him to SEE if he could get me a loaner car. I'll never go back even though I bought it there. I'll find another dealership Rod Techmeyer More
