I called ask about the price, they gave it to me. I went to look at the truck it was in the front running I test drove it I said it was a deal. I'm a 68 year old white woman with money. I have done several car deals in my life. This dealership was the worst. The salesman blew me off, lied constantly and was disrespectful. He had an obvious prejudice against white people. I asked the dealership repeatedly to speak with someone else, but was not given that option. After paying $9,000 down in cash, I bit my tongue and finished the deal, but I will never own another GMC, thanks to this man. More
I had a 10:00 appointment on 4/26/2023 to get an oil change and 2 coolant temperature sensors replaced. They didn’t have my oil filter or the sensors so I paid for the sensors and scheduled a 10:00 appo change and 2 coolant temperature sensors replaced. They didn’t have my oil filter or the sensors so I paid for the sensors and scheduled a 10:00 appointment for 4/27/2023. I arrived on time 4/27 and was told the parts didn’t come in. Nobody bothered to check this before the appointment. I had a ride waiting on me so now I’ve wasted 2 trips and my wife’s time to pick me up at Mike Morgan GMC Bossier City. I DO NOT RECOMMEND More
