This speaks volumes, but the great experience goes on with the humor, accuracy, and patience I recieved from Mike Desantis in the finance department who also was very knowledgable, efficient, and gave me the time and effort for me to feel confident in all decisions without stress of any kind. Even the extremely patient and responsible Customer Care Rep, (forgive me but my memory escapes me with her name but by no means a reflection on her professionalism & awesome expertise) who taught me how to set up preferences from door locks and driving controls right through to radio stations, phone pairing, music options, and so much more which left me feeling ready, able, and overjoyed to get behind the wheel of my new 2018 Honda Fit and drive out on my way all in approx. 1 hr for the pick up appt.
